He is the friendliest, most helpful kind person you could ever want to meet and has phenomenal customer service & people skills. He makes you feel like your family and that this is your home away from home. He truly gives a white glove service and is available for all your needs 24/7 and speaks excellent English. Nothing to complain about.

・It was very conveniently located near the night market, morning market, and currency exchange. ・If there was a problem, the staff responded immediately. ・The air conditioning worked well and it was easy to spend time. ・The rooms were clean and comfortable. ・The reception area was built so that we could see all the rooms from the reception desk, so we were able to contact them immediately if we had any questions and felt safe. ・The water pressure in the shower was fine and the hot water came out quickly.

・The key that locks from the inside was made a bit insecurely and uneasily.It was also a little difficult to lock the door from the outside. ・The safety deposit box in the room seemed to be broken and could not be used.

Very friendly and great chat with Sai. Truly a treasure away from the hustle and hustle though close to both the Night and Morning markets. I liked the platform around the beds serving as benches too. The room was well maintained and breakfast was great with various options. Loved the refreshing juices. Mattress was just nice. Firm, not hard. Water pressure was good and warm/cold/hot as you like it. Bar fridge in closet and ample wardrobe space. The ambience was great and there is a nice verandah with chairs outside the front door.

The shower fixtures looked a like grotty but fine otherwise. Some calcification on the pipes and metal. Kept bumping into the wooden corners of the bed platforms. Juts out a lot. No kettle in room, though there's hot water outside. Sometimes there are items amiss in the breakfast set depending on availability which you'd know only if you ordered the same before. Lastly, it is a very homely set up with only 2 stories, so I actually like the humble set up. The pond seems to be in need of TLC but the cat makes up for it.

Loved this place. I will stay here again. Everything was great. Shower had consistent hot water and excellent pressure. Young man at the desk is so helpful and speaks excellent english. I was amazed at the big breakfast menu with various choices, all very tasty. Great location right by night and day markets and river restaurants but down an alley so it's very quiet. There is a little wooden sign at the end of the alley on the main street

There's so many good choices in Luang Prabang and the Queens Hotel is certainly up there. I booked one night and then extending for another night, loved the place. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated, things were quiet, big comfy bed plus a nice spacious balcony where you could see Phousi Hill. I loved the little path you walk down to reach the hotel, pretty and shady. Breakfast was good, nice how it included the choice of a mango shake. They have a water cooler where you can fill up your bottle, nice touch. Like most places in town they were able to book me a ticket to the next destination, easy and effective. It's a great value for what I paid though it was in low (hot!) season. Would definitely book here again.

This is a lovely, well-kept, and well-run property. The architecture is also lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was nothing wrong with the property itself except its location. It's located down a dark alley that leads from the main street. That said, it was only footsteps from both the night market and the day market. Step outside and turn right on the alleyway, walk about a hundred feet to the day market. Turn right at the alleyway and walk about a hundred feet to the night market.

Property is not located on the main street but down a narrow dark alley. This was not clear in the description.

Marvelous small guesthouse steps from the morning and night markets, Mekong river, temples, and more. We reserved for two nights and stayed all four nights of our trip to Luang Prabang. The room was very nice with great water pressure, both hot and true cold water (a real bonus in Southeast Asia). The staff were very nice, the young man managing is multi-lingual and happy to help with anything needed.

Just a note, not a dislike. Be aware the guesthouse is 70 meters or so down a side alley that is too narrow for cars. The alley is paved with brick so it was no problem at all for wheeled cases. However I’m confident that if you need help with luggage arrangements can be easily made.

Great place, located in central area in a quite road, very close to the Mekong river and night market. The owners are a sweet couple, and they're always happy to assist and share great tips (where's the best exchange rate to change your money, great prices for bike rental, how to get to places, etc.). The rooms are tidy and clean, they look even better in reality. Highly recommended.

Nothing not to like. Superb place.

Location hard to beat, between morning and night markets. The manager was fabulous, so lovely and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Even though so close to markets was down quiet laneway so very quiet at night.

Be better if door to bathroom area. There is a door to toilet and shower but sink area in open. Meant you had to change in shower area for privacy. Some rooms lack a bit of privacy. Rooms on 2nd level better, particularly those with balcony.

The location is very good,very near the night market. The room is very spacious so you don't feel cramped.

Hot water system, seems the hotel uses central hot water system, so when there is a lot of hot water usage ,the hot water will alternate between hot and cold. Can you imagine taking a hot shower and suddenly it changes to a very cold water ?
