There are many bad reviews about this guesthouse, so we actually didn't have high expectations. However, the stay exceeds our expectations. The lady is so nice and she booked us the high-speed train ticket without charging us commission fee. She gave us tips of traveling.

For the same price you pay, you can get different sizes of the room. Some are more spacious while others are way smaller.

Wonderful guesthouse in the heart of Luan Prabang. The hotel is very clean and the room and the staff is extremely helpful. Coffee and tea are provided and you can book trips and transfers at the reception. There is also a laundry service available for 30.000 kip per kg. And last but not least, the location is amazing. It's just 2min to the night market as well as to the river side where you can find plenty of shops, coffee places and bars. Absolutely recommend this place

Its a great place to stay for reasonable price close to the river bank. All hotels near the river are quite expensive. The room is not that big but clean and most important quiet (chose the first building). Air con worked fine, they have fan in the room as well. It's 3 min from the night market. Ideal location to everything. The owners are very kind and friendly people, I recommend this place if you want to stay close to the river. You can also bargain the price with them.

The location was great, just in front of the night and next to morning markets. The staff was super friendly, speaking English

I would only say that the AC was installed in not really comfortable spot, as just above the head of the bed, so I actually had to turned it off for the night otherwise I would wake up sick (there was no „sleep” mode on it), what made the room pretty musty

It was within easy walking distance of the centre, the reception staff were really helpful both in arranging laundry and onward travel, and it was great that the reception was open for late arrivals. The room itself was spacious with a good shower and decent wifi.

On one of the afternoons I was there, there was very noisy (and tuneless) karaoke from a nearby bar. This wasn't late at night (when the hotel was quiet) but having got up early to watch the monks alms ceremony it did somewhat change my plans for an afternoon nap!

The guesthouse is a wooden house laotian style, really close to the night market and the river.

You could hear very easily other guests because of poor isolation.

We loved staying here, the highlight for us was the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts Tanoy and Pong. The rooms are lovely and kept very clean. The home is well located on a quiet street near the Mekong river. We would stay here again!

Old school family run guesthouse with a great location in LP. Room was basic, but very clean, and front desk welcoming and helpful.

Friendly staff, good location, good bed, with a/c Helps with tours, transport to wherever you want. For rental bike, ask the guesthouse on the opposite.

Amazing little guesthouse in Luang Prabang would 100% return. Staff were very kind and helpful and helped us book our trips. Beds were really comfortable and the rooms were lovely ans clean. We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it.
