We loved the location, very close to the night Market, we liked the way it was set up, room was clean. Bathroom was clean too. Staff were helpful in providing help with tours and transportation.

It is situated on a quiet side street so you have to walk a couple of blocks to get a taxi or tuktuk. Pool could have been cleaner, sunbeds were old and towels need to be cleaner and the top step of the pool was broken. Breakfast was OK but food was cold, it could have been done with more choice. Bread was not nice at all.

The breakfast was okay. The staff was very accommodating to prepare a made-to-order breakfast because the food in the buffet was already finished by 9 am. It was nice to have a swimming pool to cool off and relax in.

There was no wifi service in my room for my whole stay (4 days). I was able to get service in the restaurant area. Manager said he also had this problem, but said the technician was not able to service it that holiday weekend.

Room was small and somewhat wear down. AC-was poorly located making the airstream straight to the bed wich is not comfortable.

Everything was great, the staff is really friendly and helpful, we then organized the suggested tours by ourselves which was much cheaper but got some great recommendations! the location is perfect in the Centre of town but Still very quiet and relaxing! We would love to come back

Breakfast was adequate & the setting was lovely. The grass around the pool needed cutting. The laundry area was open to the pool area. Screening this off would make for better ambience. We had pool view rooms which we loved.

All as expected. As stated above the grass needed cutting & a screen in front of the laundry area would be nicer.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were just lovely. So kind and thoughtful especially Ms Anisa and Mr Lo. We really appreciated all the advice and care we received.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Pool is beautiful, great location. Was able to keep my bags here after checkout and use the pool and grounds when I had a late train. Appreciate the kind hospitality!

Great pool, and after travelling in remote Laos, the breakfast was one of the best. Not 5 star Singapore, but perfect considering where we are.

Not a problem of the hotels, but converting kip to Bhat to Aussie can be confusing at the best of times.
