They have done their best to add welcoming touches to your stay. I was given Fruit Juice and a place of Fruit on my arrival. In my second room their was a plate of fruit as well. Lisa was around from early mornings and always greeted me with a smile. Very helpful she rushed around carrying bages, arranging breakfast and making sure I was always happy. I have given 5 * because of Lisa and the little touches.

The first night I was in a ground floor room at the back of the hotel. Very run down with the noise of a pump all night. But then I was moved to a room like in the photos. It is alongside a temple so if you are a light sleeper the 4am wake up bell for the monks, and the street venders may disturb your slumber - if so take earplugs

Simple rooms, clean and comfortable. Staff helped with sorting transport to next location and with advice about the town, plus welcome drink and fruit - really lovely. Location was great, walkable to all sites but not noisy.

More for awareness but you are right next to the morning market when having breakfast (though no noise if in room!). Rooms are a little tired, and some of my clothes were ruined when I had them washed here so just FYI!

Fantastic location, exceptionally friendly and warm staff, and a very comfortable bed. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the breakfast add-on is simple but good enough to kick-start an early morning. I really appreciate that the front desk helped coordinate and book my tours, making things so much easier. The staff are always smiling and create such a welcoming atmosphere—I truly loved their hospitality!

The walls are quite thin, so I could hear everything happening in the room next door (yes, everything, including all the bed action!). Aside from that, my stay was wonderful and I’d happily return.

The staff were so lovely. They were very helpful, very accomodating, and helped us learn a little bit of Laos language to help us get by. They were flexible, and made us lovely breakfast each day. The location was so good! We got to see the morning markets from our breakfast table, and we were not far from all attractions. It was also a very clean place to stay.

I had seen some reviews about the bathrooms becoming wet easily because it’s an all in one. This didn’t bother us too much, we just put the bath mat outside the bathroom to keep our feet dry. The room was quite small but still comfortable. The bed was quite hard and the pillows very tall.

Amazing staff and location, right between night and morning markets. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations of things to do in Luang Prabang, arranged transportation and day trips as well as train tickets, all at a fair price. Room spacious and reliable wi-fi at good speed.

The location should get extra points. Right outside was morning market, few steps away was night market, few minutes walk and you'd get to the foot of Phousi Hill. Also, lot of eateries around. The central location was perfect. Also, the staff was well spoken and tried to assist in every way they could whenever I asked for help. They proactively gave suggestions for places to visit and how you can get around. The place was also very well maintained and clean. If I asked, they'd clean the room everyday. The breakfast was also very good. Another thing I liked is that, they had blocked the gaps of the door to prevent insects from getting inside. It was a boutique style hotel and it really felt like I was at my house and not a hotel.

Everything was great. No complaints whatsoever.

Very clean room in quiet location with good WIFI, excellent shower and a good breakfast. Excellent location, right on the morning market street and a 2 minute walk to the night market which is worth a visit. Other attractions, restaurants and ATM are nearby, all within a short walk. Staff made us feel very welcome, speak English and ensured we had an enjoyable stay. This was very much appreciated. Onward travel can also be booked through the hotel and ran smoothly.

More signage would make the hotel easier to find as it is located in a laned area. Taxi cannot enter the lanes.

Perfect location in the centre, yet 50m away from the main street so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful room with real effort put in to arrange the towels exquisitely etc. The staff were happy to go the extra mile with welcome drinks and a plate of fresh fruit on arrival, as well as providing a location map and giving us advice. When we needed our train tickets printing, they explained where the nearest print shop was, and checked we were sorted afterwards. Delicious breakfast was freshly cooked from a long list of Western and Laotian options. Staff booked a taxi back to the train station for us and let us leave our bags after checkout until taxi time.

Lisa was an amazing host, very kind and helpful. We were greeted on the first day with a watermelon smoothie and plate of fruit - breakfast was really good too. Location is amazing, right on the doorstep of the morning and night markets but we didn’t get woken up by them even starting so early. Beds were comfortable and felt good value for money. The team also did our laundry and returned the same day.

There was a smell that drifted throughout the day and evening sometimes from our bathroom. We also rented a scooter through the hostel but quality of the bike was poor. Blinds in our room were pretty thin so light woke us early, not necessarily a bad thing

Great location. Close to everything, right outside the night markets but lovely and peaceful. Our host Lisa was amazing - so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond for us and really made us feel at home. The free breakfast was a lovely touch. Lovely and clean. Double bed was very comfortable. Great air con. Fast WiFi.

Just a small thing. The 3rd bed (single bed) in the triple room wasn’t the comfiest. I think it was a sofa bed. But the host did try to make it more comfy by adding extra padding.
