This hotel has the best location in the city! The location just makes everything else void bc it is so great. Upon check in, my family and I were really lost due to the night market. So the owner hoped onto his scooter and took my dad to where our car was parked and escorted us in our van back to the premise. It was so kind of him. The rooms were very cozy and I love how we had to take off our shoes to enter the hotel. It was very traditional and I appreciated that. The breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed how family run this hotel was and how sweet and kind the owner and his wife were to us. I will definitely be back here in the future.

Great property ten Like · Everything. The staff are wonderful. Remember if you are looking for a budget-friendly peaceful property, then visit. It will not disappoint you. Their breakfast is more than amazing.

This is a cute little place right next to the palace and the night market. Rooms are clean and comfy. This is in the old city part of Luang Prabang, so don't expect a modern hotel. In fact, it had a nice travel lodge old-world charm to it. So if you come with the right attitude, and appreciate the budget-friendly rates, you'll really enjoy the fact that it's right in the middle of all the action, and yet quiet enough to give you some rest in between all the sightseeing.

Amazing good helping me to arrange the operation during my stay in Luang Prabang

The location is very convenient, all the attractions are at a walking distance. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic but good enough to start the day. They provide meals also on request, not a very elaborate menu but the dishes are tasty, sumptuous and reasonably priced. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Ben, the manager, is very polite and helpful and he has got solutions for any situation. His recommendations are very helpful. I would highly recommend Villa Phatthana, its value for money.

The room I stayed in was a bit dark, needed lights to be on even during the day.

The room was as expected but the service was the bste and deserves 10 stars by itself! They exchanged money for us and when I forgot my phone during the trip at another city/hotel, they made sure that I got it back and picked it up for me at the bus station, after 5 days (!)

Toilet had small issue, but they got it fixed!

- Location Location Location. You can't beat it. It's over 9000. - Near everything. - Nice breakfast - Clean - Nice staff - Old traditional house with inner court. Very beautiful - I got upgraded. That was unexpected but well appreciated. (single to double room) - AC - Nice size of the room/bathroom, i even got a small balcony .

- No shampoo (only soap) - no fridge - Some minor TLC. if you dont pay attention it wont bother you but im a bit ocd (a bit of scotch on the AC in my room for example) -Noisy till 22h approx (cause of the restaurants or road depending on where your room gives) but its a small price to pay for being that central

The service was really excellent. The two guys are really trying to do everything to make your stay as confortable as possible. The room was clean and every attractions could be reached by feet. We booked also our bike and a transfer to the northern bus station at the hotel.

😃😃😃😃😃 + Everything is great. Delicious food . Rooms are airy and clean. Centrally located, convenient for commuting. Especially the hotel owner is very enthusiastic and friendly. There is a chance I will definitely come back here again.
