Stayed here 2 nights and extended 2 more. Very helpful manager Mr Zhang. Could rent a scooty and also have my tickets booked to Vang Vieng. Rooms on the first floor are clean and spacious. Bathroom is stocked with shampoo and body wash. Towels and water bottles provided daily. Breakfast is sumptuous and tasty. You get one dish, one drink, and a complimentary bowl of fruits. Location is amazing. In a quiet lane tucked away from the night market lane. Easy to walk all over the town from here. You can pay via cash in kip, USD or even by card or Loca pay. I enjoyed my stay and felt very safe as a solo female traveller. When I visit Luang Prabang again, I'm sure to stay again.

Charming little guest house, 20 metres away from the main street. Perfect location, within a 500m walk to the night market, morning market, morning alms giving ceremony, a few stunning wats, the riverfront and restaurants. Being on a side street, very quiet at night. Breakfast was cooked to order(limited choice, but adequate), great coffee, water dispenser so we could fill our bottles. Except for the manager, Mr. Tong, the staff spoke/understood no English, so communication was a real problem. It's an old heritage building, and could do with some maintenance. Otherwise, very clean and comfy. We had a great stay. Mr. Jinn, the owner, very kindly booked our train tickets to Vientiane.

The room itself was functional - just sufficient for solo traveler (as I was). Bathroom with most of the toiletries required. Breakfast is good, with fruits, although it had to be chosen from the list offered. Location is excellent, close to main hot spots in city (although whole city is big hot spot). Received new towels and bottles of water every day.

My room was looking at some cafe with the loud music. However, music stops at the 10 PM, as it seems to be the rule in the city. However, the owners offered me to change the room because of that.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good aircon. The bathroom is good and they provide water in every room. There is also a fridge, and warm water in the common space. We had breakfast - which was not included - and that was amazing, well worth the extra 2 usd! The location of this hotel is perfect as well, in the middle of Luang Prabang within walking distance of everything you need to see in town. There are lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as ATMs. The nightmarket is a 5 minute walk and well worth visiting.

Superb location. It was central to almost everything in Luang Prabang....so couldn't ask for a better location. Lisa the manager was awesome....always ready to help if she could....and went beyond her normal duties to do so....so an 11/10 to her !

The only thing I can think of to improve my stay...was perhaps an addition of pastries and maybe cereal for breakfast....to what they already had...which was really good anyway.

Location is good with plenty of restaurants and shops around, and night market. Very easy to walk to the river and every where. Room was ok, comfy bed, clean, fridge. Cleaned every day and 2 bottles of free water. Lady at the reception was friendly, she booked the train to Vientiane for me and the taxi to the station. Got a free watermelon juice on arrival!

Can get noisy specially when your neighbors have a baby who cries all night. Thankfully they didn’t stayed long. No free breakfast as stated on my booking, or at least I didn’t have any info about it, I was told I could check out at 1pm but at 12 they opened my room and the cleaner didn’t speak English and didn’t understand I had a late check out.

Excellent location for walking around the town. The room was big with a private bathroom, very comfortable and was freshly made up & cleaned every day. There was also a safe and a fridge in the room which was a big plus. Miss Lisa was so helpful and friendly, and organised our transport too. The breakfast in the morning was the best we’ve had! Lots of options to choose from, big portions and everything was delicious. They even let us have seconds one morning! 😊

Really nice place to stay in LPB, very comfortable and clean; Amazing and somewhat quiet location; Owner was super nice and helpful to us even when communication was hard; Possibility to rent a motorbike from the hotel with affordable prices and buy tickets for trains/tours; Really good breakfast; We went to see the monks ceremony with the owner what was a nice surprise during our stay; We liked it so much we eventually booked an extra night :)

Didn't like the shoes off policy in all the of the hotel grounds; Everyday breakfast took a long time (>30 min), drinks came after the food every time; Very comfortable room but some nights we had loud neighbours from the hotel or neighbourhood and some smoke smell inside the room (smoky season); Although the owner spoke basic English it was hard sometimes for her to understand us.

The sewer system blocked the last night and the bathroom was flooded. I think it needs a bit of care. Breakfast was the same no matter what you order.

The manager and the staff are lovely people, very caring and cheerful. They were nice to our little dog despite her barking at some of them. The breakfast is excellent, I warmly recommend the banana pancakes. The room is big, clean, AC works well. The hotel is very very well placed, you can walk 10 meters to the main street and you're in the middle of the night market. 10 meters to the other side and you're in a Buddhist temple where you can hear monks chanting at 5-6pm. Overall I wanted to stay longer but poor soundproofing didn't afford us proper rest...

No soundproofing, the walls are paper thin and one of us was kept up all night from various noises like creaking floors, vibrating phones, neighbour coughing fits, etc. Pillows arent very comfortable.
