This is a very cozy accommodation. The bed is comfortable, and the room is clean, facing the Mekong River. The place has a lovely big white dog and two cats to keep you company. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. You can ask them to help book transportation to Kuang Si Falls and train tickets to Luang Prabang at reasonable prices. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to the early morning alms-giving ceremony, Wat Xieng Thong, the Royal Palace, Mount Phousi, and both the morning and night markets. I highly recommend this quality accommodation in Luang Prabang to everyone.

We LOVE Eric! He is a super charming host. His place is very cute and clean. You will have to love cats cause they run the place ;-) Everything gets organised like train etc. Perfect stay!

I like my individual room, cozy and clean. Location by the river was also good. They helped me rent a motorbike for a reasonable price. The guy on the desk was always fair and helpful.

I didn’t like my bed (too soft and old mattress) and pillow too hard. I was not happy before going there because I messaged them a few times with a couple of questions and they never replied any of my messages, they said the cannot see those messages (???) anyways it was sorted when I arrived there

The location on the river is lovely and easily walkable to all the places you want to visit. Plus there's loads of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional. The WiFi and TV are ok and there are communal drinks making facilities. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful . I extended my stay and also left my bag with them whilst I went further North for 5 nights. The staff here really make it a place worth returning to

location was awesome. staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful in helping us what to see and do in Luang Prabang as well as helping us organise onward travel. good hot shower with decent pressure. tea and water plus some fresh fruit available 24/7.we only stayed one night but it was lovely and quite, clean and comfortable. they have the friendliest little kitty that made friends with us - a pro when you’re a cat lover :) LP is a beautiful little town 🤩 definitely stay a couple of days min to explore.

a band of cats starts caterwauling at about 2:30am. i was still awake as working on EU time zone so not too bothered but they are pretty vocal. the smell of the water from the taps - nothing to do with the the property itself but rather the water itself or maybe the water pipes … who knows.

Cosy bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Well-designed bathroom, including a proper shower with a very respectable water pressure AND a copious supply of hot water (even though the outside temperature reduced the desire for it). All the staff were SO kind. High quality, reliable WiFi! Excellent location and very good value for money. An excellent stay. I hope to be back soon.

I travel all year for work, and I found a gem! It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in in terms of value for money. The room is clean, beautiful, and has a great view. Plus, it's super quiet. I really have nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect.

Location is excellent, right in the centre of Luang Prabang. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and they assisted with recommendations, renting a scooter for a day and booking the slow boat to Huay Xai. The rooms are a tad small for two people but nothing to complain about whatsoever. The shower is hot and we were provided with all products. Wi-Fi works excellently and we were able to FaceTime our families. Beds are clean and comfortable. There is free filtered water available 24/7. Absolutely recommend staying here!
