This hotel was at very good location, quiet, nice and very clean, our room was very nice with balcony views and it was at the center of Luangprabang. The staff was very helpful, smiling, speaking well English and helping us for every thing during we stayed in this hotel and they also have Motorbike for rental services , it was really convenient and comfortable for us. The Breakfast was really delicious, Clean, nice and Free coffee and small drinking water. We hope to come back to staying at the hotel again in our next time.

Nice room with big shower in a quiet area. Comfortable bed cable TV with a lot of English channels.safe in room and balcony. Breakfast brought to you on your balcony eat as much as you like. Rooms cleaned every day and very friendly staff. Easily walkable to restaurants in the middle road or for cheaper options walk up the river road to on the right is a good cheap restaurant up some stairs they have a menu outside. Easy to get to anywhere in town and I enjoyed sitting on the wall by the river just before sunset watching boats and people playing in the river. Only thing is I didn't realise my card wasn't charged for the stay so had to pay when I got there and they add 3% for credit card

Exceptional hotel and staff. MR Su.. was the most amazing and attentive host ever.. he made sure you were well taken care of and you got all you needed. Breakfast was great and served right at you're terrace table with the amazing view of the river..I had room number 6.. love ever minute.. the bed was super comfortable. The view amazing all room has a river view and a outdoor sitting area. The AC was great and great hot water, and pressure.

It's was perfect.. in every way.. felt like home. Except wash cloth would be great and bathroom hooks. And maybe a bath mat. I can't wait to go and visit again.

Located by the Namkhan river with the view of the river. Walking distance to centrally located sights of Luang Prabang, including Morning and Night markets. Alms giving ceremony happens only a short walk away too. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Delicious a la carte breakfast, served on the balcony in front of the room. Recommended, would stay at this property again!

Great location. It's on the quiet street along Khan River, but very close to main attractions, including the morning alms giving ceremony, Phousi Hill, Night Market, all the temples. The morning fresh market is within walking distance too. Since it's not on the main streets, it's very quiet at night. Good for sleep and relaxation.

I have been staying at this hotel for my second times . This hotel was all perfect for our all to stay in Luangprabang which a good location that we booked our room here. Room was very nice ,clean and big room with balcony view. All worked very well in the room with free WiFi, TV, Air conditioning, fan , hot water, free coffee /Tea and small water . Breakfast was very good. The staffs are very helpful ,good service and very friendly.

In general, it's a good hotel, nothing too fancy, but with all you need, clean, good bed, quiet, river view and breakfast included.

The outside terrace is not private, it's a corridor with chairs and tables in front of each room. But this is by design of the building ( very old, but renovated, it's Luang Prabang afterall) and not the hotel's fault.

The location is hard to beat. The hotel overlooks the languid waters of the Name Khan River and the traffic along the Kingkitsarath Rd is much quieter than through town or along the Mekong. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. Take any of the short alleyways either side of the hotel and you have immediate access to the monks' procession and the French bakeries and khaesoy noodle shops that line Sakkaline Rd. The best cocktail bar in Asia is just around the corner - Artisan Bar. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast in the early morning sun is not too be missed.

Some people may find the room a little dark as there's no external windows. The shower is spacious but the shower heads could do with replacing as they leaked water around the sides but really this is a minor quibble.

Perfect location overlooking nam khan river. Very helpful friendly staff. Staff organised scooter for us to get around with helmet. Also they book train/ taxi. Can get laundry done on site. Large comfortable room. Breakfast pancake. Very handy to main town and night market.
