We enjoyed that the property was about 10 minutes from the more busy parts of the city. The room was very clean and well priced. The staff are incredible helpful and welcoming and helped us organize all of our activities and transportation while in the city.

The AC was not as strong as we would have liked at night, so we felt quite hot.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean, we had a little balcony area which was a big bonus as it was nice to sit out! The fan in the room is also great! The hotel is in a good location and is only about 5-10 minutes walk to the market! The staff are nice and the banana pancakes for breakfast are the best we have had!

The bathroom light isn’t very bright so it can be a bit dull in there during the daytime. Our balcony door did close and lock but there were gaps at the side - not a big issue for us but for some people it might be

We have only spent four days here but wish we had more time! First of all Luang Prabang is such a magical town and this hotel is probably in the best location, halfway between a 7/11 and city centre. Approximately 15 minutes walk maximum each way to get to all the attractions within the town. There are markets nearby, laundry service, and small shops within a minute walk. The property itself is beautiful on the inside and the outside, although still being improved during our stay. The landlord had only taken over a month ago and he seemed to have fix problems other people had in the reviews to my knowledge. He was also extremely friendly and accommodating. He offers the bikes for free as well as he had given us an umbrella to borrow when it was raining. The staff were all friendly as well. We also really liked our room as it was decently spacious and it included a big balcony. The bed was comfortable and there’s multiple mirrors. Loads of space for 2 people. AC works well but there’s also a fan if you prefer that - very much needed in this heat. We didn’t try the breakfast they offer, so can’t comment on that but we overall really enjoyed our stay here and had no complaints.

The hotel is in a very quiet location and you can get everywhere on foot. I didn't enjoy breakfast because I always get up early and am out and about. So I can't say anything about that. My room even had a small balcony, so it was great to spend the evening there. Otherwise it was very spacious for one person. There would have been plenty of room for a second person. There are small shops nearby, but you have to go into the city center to get to a large supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes on foot. The internet worked really well and was stable. If you need a taxi, LOCA works very well. I used it a few times to cover longer distances or to get to the airport. All in all, I felt very comfortable in the hotel. Even if the other guests were a bit louder, that's not the hotel's fault. You can't choose your family or guests.

Definitely come here if you are looking for 10/10 accommodation! It started with us unexpectedly arriving at the hotel early in the morning at 1am and yet the owner was very friendly and accommodating in giving us a room. The owners helped us book the bus and train tickets and when we needed medical care for personal reasons, he recommended a super clinic and even offered to drive us there. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and if not, the owners were very helpful. We will come here again after a 3 day trip! Highly recommended if you want a pleasant stay.

nothing, it really is a 10/10

We had a great stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the night market, and the team are really helpful in organising anything you may need (tours, trains etc.). While they offer full day tours, they also suggest more affordable options for you if needed (e.g. shared transport). There were heaps of different options for breakfast and we also liked that you got to pick a drink as well! Daily housekeeping was great as well.

The only downside for us which wasn't that big of a deal was that our room (ground floor) was close to the seating areas so some mornings and late nights if people were sitting at the table directly outside our door it was quite loud (not the fault of the guesthouse!). We otherwise didn't hear any noise from other rooms though which was good.

A great place in a great location. The best value for how much you spend! A pleasant surprise regarding the price.. and couldn’t have asked for a better stay in general! Great rooms, shower/toilet facilities, in a lovely spot. The breakfast - included in the price - was incredible, the best included breakfast I’ve had.. as was the service from the host.. whom aided us in sorting bikes and transport. I feel very lucky and grateful!

Second stay in this hostel. The manager was very welcoming and caring, providing valuable advice on new places to discover. The room is comfortable, various choices of breakfast are offered (banana pankate, cereals, or continental + fruit juice, coffee, tea). There is also space in the room, on balconies and in the lobby to work or read. I like this area which is quieter than the center, but still close, with 12-min walk to the night market or Mount Phou Si, 15-min to the public swimming pool, and 20-min to the seasonal bridge / free boat to Dyen Sabai restaurant. And in front of a great nenuphar pond.

Roosters seem to be out of tune in the region. :P

Great family run hotel. Very comfortable and clean. It is located central to everything in the town. You can walk everywhere or rent bicycle/motorbike from the hotel. The owner and the staff speak perfect English and are very helpful to help me anything. Breakfasts are great and there is tea, coffee and water all day. It's off the main street and very quiet in the night. I highly recommend it.

Pricing room i appreciate also very happy it The room price is very cheap, the room is clean and big, and the service of the staff is excellent, they are friendly, take good care of customers, and pay attention to customers. This place is close to the Mekong River and the night market. I recommend staying here. It is very worthwhile.
