Location of the hotel was great. Many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store next door. Quiet for the most part, except when a car or truck wished to rev their engine. The bed was very comfortable.

The shower was small for such a large living area. It was so out of portion with the rest of the room. The shower leaked and allowed water to travel all over the bathroom. Asked management to correct the issue, did not attempt. Had to ask for seating. Was provided. The TV is too small for comfortably watching TV. Especially how large the room is. The room was not decorated at all. It was very plain, similar to a dorm.

The mere fact that it is in the corner of two main sreets, it is accessible to supermarket, foreign exchange, and food store. Hence, very strategic place for me.

Cleaning room is not a standard operating procedue for the hotel; i have to put the signage “make up my room” to notify the housekeeping workers to clean my room. Unlike in other hotels cleaning rooms is a SOP with or without the signage. But the room cleaners are all good & polite & they clean well.

The room was big,clean and the AC was silent. Bed was very comfy and there was a mini fridge. Shower pressure was fantastic .Nearby there's a great supermarket and if you wander around a bit further a few places to eat and a fantastic coffee called Slow. There's a nice green temple close by too.

The night receptionist said no English and didn't even try to use a translator. The morning receptionist didn't speak a word neither but at least made the effort to use a translator. Use internet and figure the stuff you need by yourself because the hotel staff won't be doing anything for you. Not sure if they offer breakfast, they have the facilities but no signs and obviously no one said anything so we just went out to find somewhere to eat.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was very close to local food stalls . The hotel was spacious and allowed us all to use tha tables and chairs in the foyer for getting takeaway food. The hotel doesn't offer food at the moment of our stay. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. Yes I would recommend this hotel and stay again. All staff friendly and helpful.

Room is simple but comfortable; the hotel location is beside the supermarket & some small restaurants . It is also walking distance to some small shops.

Thr corridors in the first floor where my room was located had a bad smell of cigarettes. I think some guests smoked cigarettes in this area or throw their cigarettes in the thrash bin.

The staff were very friendly. Location was great. Lots of places to eat that are within walking distance. Night market was only 10 mins walk from hotel. Our 3 rooms were cleaned very well each day.

The shower head is not flexible and so it was difficult to direct the water towards you to shower. The water also needed to be adjusted frequently to get it to the right temperature.

nice spacious room and bath, elevator, separated shower, air condition worked well. staff was extremely supportive. internet worked well.

booking.com had wrong location marked on website. but a chat with the helpful staff solved and guided me to the right street

Maybe the beds, but not the worst

Nice big rooms that were clean. Beds and bedding nice and clean and very comfortable. Quiet despite being at a busy junction. Windows were double glazed. Great location to walk to most sights in Vientiane. Good value for money. I would stay there again.

Spacious room and super quiet at night (was a little worried about the noise being roadside but the thick walls blocked any of that out, I never heard a peep). Breakfast was always delicious too and the front desk always helpful. Of all the places I stayed in Vientiane, this place had the fastest and most reliable wifi (even better than some of the more expensive hotels I stayed at)
