We enjoyed staying at this small hotel. Although there weren't amenities like a gym or pool, the location was central - you can walk to the waterfront and some nice places to eat. They serve breakfast on the front patio which we enjoyed. The rooms are clean, and we particularly enjoyed the room in the front of the hotel with large windows. We need to mention Nalada at the front desk. She was super accommodating, as we had to wait a few days longer for visas and she helped make it much easier. She was lovely from the moment we walked in the door, she has a true sense of hospitality.

There's no elevator, which isn't a problem for us but could be for others.

Owner was extremely friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated with unique fabrics, pottery and wood products. Our room was on the third floor with a balcony and was welcoming and well designed. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in on our journey through SE Asia. Minibar, robes, slippers, safe and more details were all thought of. The owner gave us suggestions of things to do during our short stay which were perfect. Staff were friendly, facilities very clean. Location was great. We’d definitely stay here on our return visit. COPE Visitor Center was a highlight. SHE Works is just up the block from the hotel and there are great restaurants nearby.

@ The location was great, so easy to get around close to the night market and restaurants and coffee shop. @ The wifi was excellent. @ The beds were so comfortable,feelings like the 5star hotel.

The breakfast was too basic. Would be nice to have more selection for the price we paid. The TV so bad, nothing we can watching. Recommend it should be connecting with wifi.

Everything was great, everything in the room worked well and the bed was confortable. The person at the reception is such an amazing person, she will make the best to help you in whatever you need (laundry, book van ticket, spots to see in the city an even in Laos in general, etc) So I definitely recommend this place

We really liked the Vongkhamsene Hotel. It is in a great location and everything is set up with attention to detail. It is comfortable and clean. The owner was delightful and very helpful and the other staff were great.

It was all good.

We had a wonderful stay there. The property owner was on site and she was very kind to us. She even gave us a ride to the train station for fear that our taxi would be late. Would highly recommend this place, can’t go wrong.

Nothing, everything was superb!

Good location, within walking distance of the major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Noise proofing wasnt excellent, but luckily its a quiet neighbourhood.
