The location was good. Near to pedestrian avenue with many bars and restaurants. Also near to the biggest shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Just 20min from Kaunas airport. There is a cosy restaurant located on the ground floor of the apartment block. McDonald's is just at the side. The bed was comfy. There was a sofa bed also. We liked that we had separate duvets. There is an air conditioner, which was so much needed. Also, there are: hairdryer, iron, small ironing board, washing machine, washing powder, dryer rack, heated radiator in the bathroom, kettle, grounded coffee, fruit tea, sugar, electric stove, kitchenware, microwave, small fridge, TV. Parking is available for an extra charge. Cheap taxi. Many food delivery options. The town is beautiful.

I wish there would be black tea and instant coffee as a choice, also a kinda small chair or bean bag, and soap for hands in the kitchenette. Noisy from the street all night long from passing cars and motorbikes, so bring your earplugs or have a few more drinks before bed 😄 The blind is not fully blocking out the window, so when the sun rises early the light glares into the eyes. I wish the smoking area would have a small roof needed during the rain.

Clean apartment. Bed was comfortable. Air con is great. Really nice view of the river from the top floor. You can hear the cars going past even with windows closed as it’s on the main road but it didn’t bother us too much. Great location. We requested a cot and one side wouldn’t click in but it was still usable. Good size bathroom. Shower water pressure was good and water drains well. Usually most places have this problem. We only stayed for 2 nights and we were happy with what we paid for.

The room overall was nice and clean. The blinds don’t keep all the light out. Sofa was a bit stained could do with a clean.

The location is perfect since it's right in the city centre. While choosing where to stay a kitchen was a must, so we were glad to see that the room's compact kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked, with thoughtful extras like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee and dishwashing supplies. Peace and quiet were a big plus - you could hear no noise from neighbours (except the hallway, but the noises didn't disturb us). The comfy big bed (which is big enough for a very tall person) and brand new TV ensured relaxation. The bathroom was spacious, with great shower pressure and the water heating up quickly. Overall, a perfect little place for a cozy stay. We might come back

We found onions in the cabinet above the extractor hood from, probably, the guests before us, which is not that big of a deal. Apart from that the room seemed clean and tidy. The AC would sometimes make a creaking noise while it was working, but that didn't bother us.

Cleanliness, remote check-in/out, separate entrance, overall convenient, oh and the view out the window, coffee in a jar (Thanks!), green couch was sweet.

Could've had: a lint roller, a cabinet next to bed, open access to piano in corridor, switch for kitchen lights (couldn't find it), a shorter TLDR version of instructions prior to multiple paragraphs so one could find all the codes more easily, bed lights that aren't as bright, but that's just me I guess. Also, careful when you stand up from green couch, you might hit your head on the wooden inclined side wall. Overall great, despite the above.

The location is excellent close to the old and new towns. A short walk to most of Kaunas and the major tourist attractions. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and cosy. Plenty of room to relax, a very nice bed, and good sized bathroom are shower. The self-catering facilities were very handy and clean. There is a restaurant downstairs, and a McDonalds less than 1 minute away. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay.

There is some noise from the road outside, but this did not impact on our stay.

I did not stay long, and it was a shame that I did not spend the evening in the room, which I would call a small apartment :) The bed was extreamly comfortable and everything was clean

However I did not like the street sound, had to close the window which I usually leave open. The view from the window is beautiful and the sound is good enouugh between 1AM - 6AM. But if you close the window the sound will not bother you.

Great location, clean and well equipped apartment. It's the perfect place to be as the old town is across the road and the main pedestrian street is 2 mins walk away. The apartment was great. Comfy bed, Netflix, sofa. Kitchenette was good. Shower was great. Hot water and fantastic pressure.

Stayed on the river side, traffic noise was quite substantial at all times of the day and night.

Good locations, friendly staff, interesting rooms.

I had roof apartment which is nice, but on the other hand, not always comfortable to walk around, because of the shape of ceiling. Because of the sun it was hot and to open the window, would make hearing all the noise from busy street. But this is what you have to pay for a exceptional view to riverside.

I like the location, nice area, building, nice room, got everything you would need for a stay. It has a piano which we were able to play as that was a main reason why choosing this apartment

Door locking system, you need to call the number to get your apartment door unlocked. There is code system next to the door - why can’t you use the code to get in and that’s it? Didn’t like the ceiling as you can bang your head easily especially getting up at night which my boyfriend did !

The apartment is very clean,, the location is excelent, the building is nicely renovated, beds are comfortable

The appartment actually is constructed in the attic and the slanted ceiling makes it tiny. The hosts do not respond to questions and requests, we hardly reached them just once to find out details about the parking
