Hotel resides outside of any Big City in the Middle of the amazing Forest. Evening times silence around is just unrealistic. You come out and feel either You're "deaf or what"? Very warm smiling welcome from the Reception. Cozy luxury ambience, spacious room and bathroom, large modern Samsung TV (32 digital channels available, but we were watching our own movies ove/r HDMI cable). Everything All Clean, You're met with a Smile and Hospitality. Free WiFi, free SPA from 10am to 10pm. Great Restaurant Service, restaurant has about 50+ wines local stock and same "wine card". Cosine was very tasty, breakfast also good enough. SPA has large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, another pool with various water jets (perhaps 10+ around), 6 different saunas (including outside one, called "Hut near the Road" - very country style. Stable and Horse Rides available, electric scooters.... To stop this "essay" we really enjoyed one night stay, well surprised and look forward to Come Back there!

I'd love to find Shampoo in the Shower Cabin...was a bit surprised it was not everywhere around in a bathroom and - unfortunatelly, I forgot mine. But this is very-very minor issue, I'd say around all....

all facilities are really 5-star, great breakfast, spa zone, room, staff, etc.

Breakfast is just from 8.30 on work days, it’s really too late if you need check out earlier. Would be great from 7.30 or at least 8.00. It’s a bit nonsense to find face mask in the bathroom for 9,99eu or bath bubble for 6eu… If you pay more than a 100eu for one night and it’s a 5-star, maybe these things could be included :)) Or don’t leave it in the bathrooms at all.

We had a very good relaxed night. Especially massages, aqua zone and very friendly and helpful administration. I liked that they called us two days before the trip and helped to reserve procedures and table for a dinner which contributed a lot to the satisfaction. And breakfast was amazing!

We got a room which was adapted for people with disabilities. Not a big deal, but would have been good to know that in advance. Maybe little longer to wait in the restaurant to get attention from personnel.

The hotel is nice and beautiful. We had a lovely time. Our room and pool area were great.

Breakfast buffet was good, but there could have been more food choices. I was disappointed not to find any vegan milk. Also, if you need hair conditioner you have to ask for it as it’s not provided (there was a shampoo, body lotion and a body wash).

The room was nice and clean including the SPA area, but the pool was a bit cold. Maybe it could have a bot more outdoor activities. In general the hotel is good value for money so I would recommend it.

The mini bar was packed full, not enough space to even put my own bottle of champagne. There was a lot of stuff to buy in the bathroom like a salt bomb, face masks and other stuff obstructing the mirror. No light on the mirror for my wife to do her make-up.

The location was very beautiful but away from city. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was quiet. There were billiards, chess and table football in the common area.

The spa has a rule that under 14 years old can use the spa till 19:00.

Did not look at customer needs. Breakfast was waaay to late for us.. Everywhere in the halls you can smell fluor scent. We always found our room with doors wide open, because they always needed to brong something.

Amazing breakfast, and loved the large rooms - in new hotels, they try to squeeze you in super small spaces, which is not the case here. The atmosphere is super calming and amazing - this is the go to place when I want to relax.

The dinner varies by the chef present I think. Breakfast is excellent and unique though

Very tasty breakfast, spacious room, beautiful environment, helpful staff, great facility and amazing location. Everything at this stay was just perfect. Will definitely come back
