It was our first visit to Vytautas Mineral Spa, we stayed 2 nights and had an excellent experience. To begin with, the family suite was really comfortable and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the balcony, the view and the size of the room. Our 3 year old had plenty of space on the sofa bed and our 5 month old had a comfy cot. Staff was pleasant and polite. Kids room was full of toys and our daughter really enjoyed playing there. The library is also unique and we spent some time there. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food. The hotel is also super close to the river and central park/other attractions. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

A great place to spend time. We had good weather, which we enjoyed by the small lake that belongs to Vytautas Residence. The reception staff were very friendly, and the same can be said about the restaurant. The room was well cleaned. The scent at the reception was amazing, as was the spa.

We’re not picky, but there was one thing we really didn’t like. I want to add that we’ve raised children ourselves and would never allow such things. In our opinion, children under 13 should not be allowed in the jacuzzi or other adult pools. There is a separate pool for children for a reason, especially since many parents don’t supervise them properly. I was in the jacuzzi, and young children were jumping in right next to me or splashing around. The best time to go to the pools is after 8 PM, as only children aged 13 and over are allowed then.

Great place to relax, very nice hotel with great facilities, great pool and sauna area, small pool for kids with water fountains, the kids really enjoyed. Big variety of foods for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is next to the forest with walking routes. Overall Birstonas is a very cosy small town. We really enjoyed promenade next to the river

We had one person with allergy for specific food, so it would be really helpful if allergens would be provided next to the foods in the buffet. We asked about allergens in the sweets and the staff were very helpful and provided information. However would be easier to see allergens written

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Great place to relax, cozy interior, very family friendly! Worth to note few details: food in the restaurant inside the facility is okay; sound isolation in the rooms is on a lower side; if room window is facing east side - curtains are not a blackout, so some light will come through (worth taking a sleep mask); great shower water pressure inside the rooms; no kettle inside the room; bathrobes for a taller male person will likely be too short (worth taking your own if youre on a bigger side); ordering food inside the room is quite an experience for a couple since in basic double room there is no table/chairs, instagram friendly bed lunch/dinner might be an option :) overall facility offered enough spa procedures to relax, saunas and pool area was quite active, but clean and pleasant to use.

We really liked the large room. The library , the kids room and that there is a caregiver.

I think the chef needs to be replaced, we ordered dinner from a separate menu and were terribly disappointed! Spoilt food! We had breakfast a la carte - the breakfast was well prepared and tasty. What was very surprising that it is a spa and leisure hotel, but I was kicked out of the breakfast because I was wearing hotel slippers! We visit a lot of hotels, but I've never heard of such a rule anywhere! The pool area is cold, and the water in the pools is colder than the displays shows

Delicious breakfast and the breakfast area was very spacious which allowed for a calm time, there was no noise nor queues at the food stations. Very pretty and clean room and seemed like it had a good soundproofing, although it might have been the fact that our room was at the end of a corridor. Great water area and SPA facilities. Absolutely loved the Library!

The location is off the main road and further from the town, so if you're not a walker or don't have a car it might be a bit problematic to reach groceries, pharmacy, etc. Nothing else comes to mind.

Breakfast was very good, friendly staff, game room for kids and an evening movie in a library for youngsters. Super clean everywhere. SPA were great.

lived on the top floor, and there was a very strong wind at night/day, so the ceiling of the room creaked a lot, which was a bit annoying. And there were a party, very loud girls, so that night wasnt very good 😀 I don't know if there are quiet hours, but the noise continued for quite a long time, even through the closed balcony I felt like I was at a party 😀

Room was clean, friendly stuff. Breakfast good. Very good spa. I had a Bagua massage - that was really great. Just several minutes from city center. Prices in Moon a laCarte restaurant were quite reasonable. There is no kettle in the room, but hot water option is in coffee machine (which you will not use for the secont time).

Coffee. If you need coffe - just order it at the bar. Coffee in the room and at the breakfast just same colour as it should be, but nothing common with a d rink itself.

Spa, food, and staff – everything was very good.

We stayed in an upgraded double room, but it was already quite outdated: the walls were scuffed, the wardrobe handles were broken. The bathroom was cold, and the shower had no glass partition (the entire bathroom floor gets wet while showering). The towel rail was very small – towels, robes, and swimsuits didn’t dry after using the pool. There’s no option for two separate beds. I’d recommend choosing a mini suite or a standard double room instead, as this upgraded double is overpriced compared to what you get.
