Great location in the city center, modern and clean. Loved the high ceilings! Plus, HBO and other free entertainment were a nice bonus.

Overall, a great place with a perfect location and a modern feel. However, some furniture shows signs of wear, there was an unpleasant smell—possibly from the drain or shower curtain—and the TV remote barely worked. Sound isolation could be better, especially the door, which lets in both noise and light from the corridor. Still, a good stay!

Self check in and it has amenities like home in the common area (sink, microwave, ref and Washington machine). The owner is very understanding, we had unfortunate event happened on 1st day -my kid took showered and didn’t adjust the shower head resulting to flooded carpet floor. KG management helped me to subside it by using used beddings and towels. Floor dried later that day. That was lesson learned for us. We had a pleasant stay until end of our trip.

A little improvement on lighting downstairs will do as it goes very dark on night.

Breakfast was not provided but there was a communal kitchenette area where a person could make tea or prepare a sandwich. However this area was positioned directly outside an apartment door which made it awkward as I was aware if I made noise I potentially was disturbing the people in that apartment

Limited car parking for 4 cars only on a first come basis .

Having an available washing machine was really nice, and being able to store food in the fridge and make food in the kitchen saved us some money. The apartment and establishment felt safe, well-thought out and comfortable. The location was great. Close to grocery stores, good restaurants and shopping. We were worried before because of the shared kitchen and lounge area, but all the other guests were quiet and behaving well so it wasn't a problem at all.

It was a little bit noisy in the morning because of the recycle station on the other side of the street from our room.

The location is perfect - right in the centre, a few minutes away from the bus stop. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The shared kitchen was equipped with many appliances and tools, there was also a cozy shared lounge area. It’s really convenient that there are luggage storage lockers that can be used before or after the stay.

The entrance is not in the most convenient place, there are some stairs to climb and looks kind of sketchy. Would be great to have some toiletries or at least hand soap.

very cool and modern little hotel/apartment right on the main street but yet a hidden gem. very cool lobby and rooms and amazing big shower/bathroom. check in/out super easy. the cleaning staff in the hotel even helped us too.

nothing bad to say. theres a super cool map you can pin your city but all the pins were used so maybe a basket of pins new guests can use to show where theyre from without taking others

Although the room is quite small, it was perfect for a night stay, as the location is very close to both the city centre, and Žalgirio arena - as the main goal of the trip was a concert that took place in this venue, it was easy to reach the room by walking even during the night after the event. There is a common kitchen area which was convenient to warm up our food.

This is our second time here in this hotel and this room. I liked that they listened my request for extra pillow, so i had the best nap ever. There were a bit cold in the room at winter time, but they had electric heating device so that helped.

Other time we will try to choose other room, because this one is near main entrance so if you want to sleep more people noises disrupts. I think many of Lithuanians staying here, because it's a city center and it's very near Kaunas arena. So it would be very nice if there would be better lighting in a toilet near mirror or other mirror in the room near the window for make up 😂

Location was very good. Customer service and staff was nice and friendly. There was lot of books in apartment. Kitchen was full equipped and dishwasher. There was a small lockers for bags after check-out rooms.

Our bathroom shower have some small leak. Shower was still function but water pressure was quite bad. There was something wrong in temperature control panel in near entrance and there was annoying noise (piip, piip, piip) all the time from that control panel. There is silence between 22.00-8.00 but our next room is couple young persons, who make noise during that time. apartment walls was little light for sound-proof. Even all things, we still like this apartment and we have positive feeling about this apartment.

The place looks nice and modern, while the room was compact, it had all we needed and was comfortable enough. The facility itself was cosy and quiet. It was also a great location

While the place was praised for cleanliness, we found multiple long dark hair strands all around the bed (neither myself nor my husband has long dark hair...). And when I moved the curtains, I found a piece of a ripped package that looked like one of a condom. That really ruined the mood there because it seemed like the previous guests had a steamy night and the sheets were not actually changed... If not for this, I would definitely choose this property the next time but the palpable possibility of sheets not being diligently changed is a hard no for me.
