The accommodation had a modern interior, was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was convenient, as it could be done independently using the provided codes and lockboxes. Although it’s located in the city center, the inner courtyard ensures a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

There are only 3 or 4 parking spaces for guests, and unfortunately, they were all occupied upon our arrival. Since there is no on-site staff, it’s not possible to check the availability of parking spaces in advance. The bathroom lacked a shower holder, and there were no floor towels provided to place on the wet bathroom floor.

Great location in the city center, modern and clean. Loved the high ceilings! Plus, HBO and other free entertainment were a nice bonus.

Overall, a great place with a perfect location and a modern feel. However, some furniture shows signs of wear, there was an unpleasant smell—possibly from the drain or shower curtain—and the TV remote barely worked. Sound isolation could be better, especially the door, which lets in both noise and light from the corridor. Still, a good stay!

The location is very convenient as it's located close to the centre of Kaunas and to multiple bus stops. When we had an issue with our check-in, I sent a WhatsApp message and the staff responded immediately and were very helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our accommodation.

The soundproofing wasn't very good, so we could hear people walking around the corridors and in the kitchen.

Very good value for the money. If you need just a place to sleep, this is the best option I would say. Location is better than you can even imagine. Apartments located directly on main tourist street. Perfect. No problems with parking. Thank you a lot. Will use it in future for sure.

Huge spider lived in our room, it was a challenge to get him out without hurting him. :) It was funny night play for us! :)

Breakfast was not provided but there was a communal kitchenette area where a person could make tea or prepare a sandwich. However this area was positioned directly outside an apartment door which made it awkward as I was aware if I made noise I potentially was disturbing the people in that apartment

Limited car parking for 4 cars only on a first come basis .

Self check in and it has amenities like home in the common area (sink, microwave, ref and Washington machine). The owner is very understanding, we had unfortunate event happened on 1st day -my kid took showered and didn’t adjust the shower head resulting to flooded carpet floor. KG management helped me to subside it by using used beddings and towels. Floor dried later that day. That was lesson learned for us. We had a pleasant stay until end of our trip.

A little improvement on lighting downstairs will do as it goes very dark on night.

Having an available washing machine was really nice, and being able to store food in the fridge and make food in the kitchen saved us some money. The apartment and establishment felt safe, well-thought out and comfortable. The location was great. Close to grocery stores, good restaurants and shopping. We were worried before because of the shared kitchen and lounge area, but all the other guests were quiet and behaving well so it wasn't a problem at all.

It was a little bit noisy in the morning because of the recycle station on the other side of the street from our room.

The location is perfect - right in the centre, a few minutes away from the bus stop. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The shared kitchen was equipped with many appliances and tools, there was also a cozy shared lounge area. It’s really convenient that there are luggage storage lockers that can be used before or after the stay.

The entrance is not in the most convenient place, there are some stairs to climb and looks kind of sketchy. Would be great to have some toiletries or at least hand soap.

very cool and modern little hotel/apartment right on the main street but yet a hidden gem. very cool lobby and rooms and amazing big shower/bathroom. check in/out super easy. the cleaning staff in the hotel even helped us too.

nothing bad to say. theres a super cool map you can pin your city but all the pins were used so maybe a basket of pins new guests can use to show where theyre from without taking others

Not suitable for people with walking problems. And bit to loud from street. But that understandable because it's city centre.
