The member of staff who checked us in was helpful and professional. The rooms were comfortable with everything needed for an overnight stay, and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient with a selection of places to eat within walking distance, and a large shopping mall just a few minutes drive. The hotel has its own, free, car park around the back of the building.

The rooms were close to reception and so there was some noise when people came to check in etc. We didn't opt for the breakfast as it was overpriced for the quality of the food - there are local bakeries where you can buy fresh pastries for a fraction of the cost (we bought breakfast for five for less than the cost of one breakfast at the hotel).

We had an excellent stay – the room was spacious and well-equipped for a few nights, with everything we needed: tea, coffee, even an iron! The room was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh renovation, and everything – from furniture to plumbing, linens, and towels – felt new and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent, and there’s a large parking area, which made things easy. The staff was friendly and efficient, and one big bonus – they allow dogs, which was perfect for us. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive to the city, so the location worked great. Highly recommended if you’re traveling by car and want a clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly stay near Luxembourg City.

I would appreciate it if you could provide paper tissues in the room. Sometimes they are necessary, and it is not pleasant to use toilet paper for everything.

Plenty of free parking at rear of hotel. On a main bus route into the city centre with stop close to hotel. Room very clean. Powerful shower. Separate toilet with door. Modern decor.

Room very compact so better suited to one person rather two when moving around. Despite price, felt like more of budget hotel with size of rooms, mainly dark grey decor throughout and standard of breakfast. Would have liked a door on the shower/sink room, to separate from bedroom.

I loved how big my room was! It was warm which was key as Luxembourg is freezing in Jan. The floors were heated in some areas 😭😂 not all which was unfortunate as the warm section of floor was amazingggg! The breakfast is okay not worth €14 but it’s convenient I suppose. The toilet is immaculate, towel warmer, hot water and spacious I’m such a fan! Mirror was a perfect touch and the lighting in the room was great! Bed is comfortable too! So close to bus stop that will take you to multiple spots around Luxembourg

Some hairs were found in the room but I understand it’s not easy to clean every single strand…. Thin walls and as it’s by the road you can hear cars passing but I’m wasn’t bothered as it’s all white noise to me.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a day in Luxembourg sightseeing. We chose this hotel because of parking facilities & the ability to take free public transport into the city (approx 15 mins by bus with the bus stop virtually opposite). We were allowed to leave our car in the car park until 4pm. The breakfast was also excellent & offered a great choice. The room was clean & had everything we needed for 1 nights stay including tea/coffee making facilities. The receptionist was very helpful with advice on how to get to the city & provided us with a useful map. Would recommend this hotel for a day & night in Luxembourg City.

The room was on a noisy road but the noise was eliminated when the window was shut - so not really a problem!

The bed was very comfortable. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take a bus to the city centre. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. Kettle to make tea and coffee. News channels in multiple languages.

The shower door was not closing properly, leaving a gap where water was splashing on the floor while showering. The curtains were letting the daylight come through, as they were not very dark. There was only 1 coffee sachet for 2 guests. Would have been great if they were 2 sachets. No bedside table on one side of the bed or sockets near the same side of the bed. The pillows were too high and bit uncomfortable.

We didn't like the tripple room that much (dark, uninviting), but was fixed right away by moving us to a superior room, that we loved. Spacious, sunny, roof windows with electric blinds. Nice personal, always happy to help. Next to the bus station, +-15mins to the city center.

The breakfast was a bit basic, no fresh fruit or vegatables, only some canned fruit. Coffee also not great, I think the machine need some bigger maintanence and cleanup. But there was a choice of pastries, milk, cereals, joghurt, so we made it work for our 2 day stay.

Great reception staff, dark hair lad with glasses,think his name was close to Gerard, I do apologise for not getting name right( top man 👍🏻) and thank you for your help. All very helpful and we got upgraded because we had a lot of bags and a dog with us, he actually came up to the room and moved us before we actually got in the room, Room was very clean and very large, good showers, good WiFi, breakfast is reasonable just a continental, hotel was well worth the money and the location is very close to nice food places and a couple of bars,We were recommended a steak place and the food was great,(meat me)a nice cool bar up the road (skol) location close to everywhere
