Excellent breakfast. Very clean restaurant area. Location is a short walk to the centre and many other attractions. No real need for transport. The staff are amazing, cannot do enough for you!

The only 2 things that were off about the hotel, were that the lift was very confusing, to get to the 3rd floor you had to go to the 4th floor as it did not stop at the 3rd, and then have to walk down. The room was very large and well equipped, however the overall feel of the hotel was that of an ex brothel... Doors leather and studded, mirrors placed weirdly. We had a laugh about it in the end and were not too bothered as we were all adults, but I would not really bring children there as it does have a somewhat dark and dingy feel to it.

The staff in this hotel are incredible so polite and welcoming and nothing was too much of an issue. Even called the bus company to find out best possibilities for onward travel, something myself I was struggling with. Ivan & Sanela especially went out of their way to help us. Breakfast also was nice, although some bits I believe are from the previous day. Lovely choice and good standard. Beds really comfy slept eally well, and rooms adequately warm with the dropping temperature outside. Location is also perfect for exploring Skopje, central a good bank opposite, shops near by and close to all the local attractions.

The rooms hygiene isn't the best, wear the slippers provided especially after a shower or you will need to wash your feet again. Floor was dusty and dirty but everywhere else seemed OK and clean. Just needs abit more focus on cleaning.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to city attractions. The breakfast was good. Open buffet, traditional and continental breakfast dishes. Our room was big. Everything was clean. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. Everyday the room is cleaned. Most important of all, the staff. They were a great team, Anna, Ayla and Lindi. Especially Anna, she was very helpful. She was kind and very respectful. She was smiling all the time, and her enerygy, recommendations were great. Thank you Anna and all the staff for making our holiday great.

Excellent location near the old bazaar. The room was spacious and included a fridge and kettle, with the air conditioning working perfectly. I arrived very late, around midnight, and was warmly welcomed by the staff. Edisa was especially kind and even offered me food and drinks upon arrival. Great hospitality and a comfortable stay! Good variety of food served at breakfast.

There was no wardrobe or hanger in the room, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. However, since I only stayed for three nights, it wasn’t a major issue. I’m not sure why they don’t clean the room during my 3 nights stay.

Everything is so close to this hotel. It located at the centre of the tourist region. The front desk staffs are amazing, especially Sanela who helped me a lot. The other front desk staff was also super kind. The bed was super comfortable and there was a huge flat TV with Netflix. The lady in the breakfast room was super kind to me and showed some great hospitality.

There are some wires exposed in/around the bathroom.

Hotel Super8 was very safe for travelling as a solo woman. The staff geniunely cares about their customers and exceeded my expectations w.r.t hospitality. Cleanliness, wide range of breakfast options, and good locations are other reason why I could book my acomodation again if I have to. Lovely stay and I would highly suggest this place!

The hotel's location is perfect. Just 3 minutes to the Turkish Bazaar and 7-8 minutes to the city centre by walking. The lady in the front desk who works in the mornings was very positive and helpful. Breakfast is open buffet and there are a lot of options. Considering the price, Super 8 hotel is a great choice for accomodation in Skopje. In another note: I forgot my Bluetooth headphones in the room during checkout. I contacted the hotel and asked for their help later. They got out of their way to find a hotel guest from my hometown who would bring the headphones to me. Few weeks later, I got the headphones safe and sound because of the hotel personnel's willingness to help and the guest who accepted to bring them to me. I am very grateful to them and wanted to bring it up so people can learn about their kindness.

Both of us (my friend and I) really enjoyed my trip there, the location was perfect, we could do many activities. The staff was very gentle, especially Sanela who helped us to book tours to visit some places. She was very nice with her recommandations to visit all places around. I really appreciate her professionalism and hospitality. Also, the room was nice, the bed was confortable, we slept well. Nice place to be during our travel. The breakfast was varied, we could eat everything we wanted.

I have nothing special to say. Maybe the air conditioner, the display of the remote controller got a problem, because we couldn't see it correctly and we couldn't switch on the air conditioner to get a cooler temperature.

Restaurant Shkupi, located just in front of the hotel, is fantastic with very polite staff. The hotel staff at the reception were exceptionally kind, hospitable, and always ready to assist - especially Ms. Sanela. The hotel’s location is also excellent, close to the Vardar River and the architectural center.

In the past, we were always able to park in front of the hotel. However, this time the parking area had become city property, and we could no longer use it. The hotel should consider working with the city to regain access to this parking. Additionally, the rooms would benefit from renovation in the near future. Last but not least, elevator should work normally.
