The property is located in the Muslim area of ​​Skopje, in the citadel very close to the bazaar and the city center. It has a parking lot, somehow unorganised, but there is, and also a bar. We slept here last year, we liked the rooms because they were comfortable and clean, and we came back this year as well. Very good breakfast.

Compared to last year, the facilities have decreased a bit, that's why I rated this review with 8. For example, last year you could have dinner in the restaurant, they had a lot of beef steak and other very good dishes, which were missing this year. Also, the shower in the room does not work properly, and needs an upgrade. The area around the hotel needs to be redecorated or cleaned because there are a lot of unused things that give you the feeling of a warehouse. We will come back next year to see if these things improve.

Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and hospitable. they were helpful when we asked to have breakfast half an hour early as our flight was early. Breakfast was Turkish breakfast, it was quite satisfying. They were also very fast and solution oriented in the messages we made during the booking before the stay. the location of the hotel was next to the Turkish bazaar and the view was very beautiful. Thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Habip.

It was a little difficult for us to find the entrance of the hotel. On Sunday, the public parking lot, where the hotel was entered, was free, so many vehicles, including tourist buses, blocked the road to the hotel. It is entered from the corner of the car park inside the castle, the location in the booking is not correct. You can trust Google Maps.

Great location- nice room - beautiful view from restaurant.

My patio door handle was taken off- or broken off- so I could not enjoy any fresh air. I checked in Wednesday- Saturday morning I had to go find someone because I had no toilet paper & no one had come in to clean room& their were no towels in the room from the start. No - big deal- just a little annoying.

Great location. A few minutes walk into the old bazaar. Fantastic views overlooking the city from the hotel terrace. The hotel building itself is really cool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Advertised as having twin bed options but of the 2 rooms our group had were double beds (we'd asked for twin rooms). Only 7 rooms in total I believe. TV in room didn't seem to access any TV stations although we weren't there to watch TV so not an issue. Toilet is in the shower cubicle! Odd, but not a problem.

The room was spacious and comfortable, really comfy bed and pillows. We really liked the position of the hotel overlooking the city, lovely terrace area out front where you can have a drink and enjoy the view.

Just be aware that it's a little walk uphill towards the fortress to access the hotel (not a problem at all for us and it's still easy to access the old town from the hotel) so plan for this if you're visiting in the hotter months.

- WiFi didn't work properly in our room. - Guests' data protection: we could frequently see the documents (including copies of the guests' pasports!) left alone on the reception desk for a long time while no one from the staff was present there.

Walking distance from the bazaar area and downtown. Beautiful view from the top of the city! The hotel is new, the room is super comfortable and has a really good size. Everything was just perfect! Honestly, one of the best deals of my trip. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a short trip outside the city and were able to left our car parked at the hotel as a courtesy. It may be a small favor for them - but for us, it meant a lot! They even helped with bus ticket informations and called the main station. Thank you so much so such a pleasant experience!

It can be a bit challenge to find it. You will need to go up the mountain following the same direction of the city's Fortress; once you get in the main parking lot, it is at the opposite side. Restaurant is a bit overprice, but you are actually buying it for the view and the experience...

The room was very clean and cool. The bathroom was very nice as well. The staff was extremely helpful with check in and check out and were very responsive to any requests.

They had a party one of the nights that was supposed to only go to 12 but went to about 12:45 with loud music. Also heads up, the restaurant is too overpriced. You can get similar things in the Old Bazaar for more than half the price.

The hotel's location was not bad, there were no parking issues, the room was clean, and amenities like shampoo, shower gel, soap, and hotel slippers were provided.

The bathroom needed renovation or maintenance, and the room was a bit cold because the balcony door didn't close properly.

extremely new and awesome activity. the lady responsible for the staff is incredibly kind and all the staff itself is very very nice. appreciated the lovely welcome sweet and the breakfast was delicious and served on the amazing terras with city view. best choice for a stay in Skopje.
