I had an amazing stay at this wonderful family-run hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warmth and hospitality were truly exceptional, and they provided fantastic insights into the city, helping me discover hidden gems and must-visit spots. The hotel itself is spotless—everything was extra clean, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was simply wonderful, offering a delicious variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day right. The location couldn’t be better! Nestled in the city park by the river, it’s a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the bustling city center. In just three minutes, you can reach charming cafés, lively bars, and the famous nightlife district, as well as top restaurants. Despite being so close to all the action, the hotel is incredibly quiet, offering cosy and well-designed rooms for a restful night’s sleep. For the quality of service, comfort, and unbeatable location, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Nice hotel. Plenty of space with a big window, tiled bathroom, air conditioning, a couple of writing desks at different heights, and a wardrobe. Reasonable fee to be picked up at the airport in a nice car and let into my room after hours. It was easy to manage my booking when I needed to add dates, and they run a bar with cold drinks and good espresso you can take in your room. Regular upkeep of towels and sheets if you have a longer stay. There's a nice restaurant next door and shops all around the stadium. City Park is well kept with families, tennis players, and dog walkers about most days and a taxi stand and bus stop in front of the park on Ilinden where many cafes and bakeries are located. It's a short distance to the museums and malls in the center if you walk down the river (wide bike paths and pavements) and you can cross any of the bridges on foot to visit the fortress and the old bazaar. It's also not too far up the mountain to Middle Vodno where the cable car starts. Skopje is a great pedestrian city and this was a great hotel to explore it from.

I prefer having a two-way window to leave open at night, but these did open fully on both sides to let in a lot of air on good days.

I really liked how friendly and helpful all the staff were, especially Blaze, from the moment he collected us from the airport he took care of us, ordering taxi’s and helping with local information and just always being there to greet us with a smile. I really liked the location of the hotel, a short walk into town, close to the park and the tennis club. Lots of nice restaurants around. This is the best part of town to stay in. I really liked the size of my room, really spacious and nice decor, beautifully cleaned and bed made. I really liked the coffee that they serve downstairs. I will definitely be back to stay again in this hotel.

I loved everything about it. The hotel is small and intimate, yet with a mixture of old world charm with a greek/slavic flair. The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way. Before I arrived I messaged the staff because I had a few questions. They answered me within the hour, every time. They offered to pick me up from the airport which I took them up on. Blaja that works at the hotel picked me up and my other two friends that arrived on a different day, also hired him to pick them up. And he charged me less than a cab would have charged me. All the staff were great but Blaja was exceptional!!! Me and my friends felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were super spacious and we all had several beds in each room. The location is perfect. Only 10-15 min from the main square and old town.

My room had a small fridge but wasn’t working very well and it didn’t keep my water cold. That is my only complaint. Everything else was great 😊

Saw a couple of big cockroaches in the room. When I messaged the hotel before my stay, I was told that the airport transfer could be paid for with credit card upon arrival - turned out to be false - I was very lucky I had some euros in cash by sheer luck as I don't normally carry cash.

Nice and cozy atmosphere, I did not stay for breakfast but the room was alright, a lot of space and comfortable. Extra duvet available in the closet.

There are no shelves or hooks in the shower so all the soaps and shampoos would be dropped on the floor after you finished using them, also there was only one toilet roll available which was barely enough for me that night.

Mostly everything, from the staff to the location and the value, it was a blast 😎

I came with bicycle and they have a place to keep my bicycle safe. 15 minutes walking to the city centre and 15 minutes to the old town. For me, I enjoy walking because lot to see while walking from the hotel to the city centre or old town. Next to the hotel have a very beautiful park to chill. Or you can chill at the hotel's bar or cafe. Mario is very kind and helpful. I ended up stayed for 6 nights even though my original plan was 4 nights because i felt comfortable staying there. Will come back again for sure!

I wished there was food as it says on google, but still there is Destan restourant next to it, so its good.
