Everything was perfect. As always... I've been staying regularly for five years. The quality improves every moment. The Park Hotel welcomes you with all its warmth at the reception. The incredibly elegant, polite, cultured, and friendly staff are the hotel's greatest asset. The restaurant and cafe staff are all professionals. The spa staff are incredibly warm and kind. With its room service, cleanliness, food, luxury transfers, excellent wine cellar, unparalleled views, and especially its comforting tranquility, it's an excellent choice. The pride of Macedonia. His warm face. May he rest in peace. This is the wonderful legacy left to Macedonia by Enver Maliqi.

Absolutely nothing…

The location was great for our needs, we did not have the need to use our car for local needs. Personnel was great, helpful for all you ask for... Clean and spatious room, with all details you might need for your stay. Pet friendly, you pay additional 10 euro per day, and parking secured in front of the hotel, also for 10 euros per day, this was explained in advance, no surprises there...

I have booked "Business Room with Balcony and Arena View", but there was no balcony! I was in a hurry at the check in (had to rush for a meeting) and did not have time to ask the reception about this, maybe they would have change it if I had the time to ask for a change... Hotel itself is very clean and nice, but the surroundings is not clean, a lot of garbage around (the stadium is just in front of the hotel), but this is not the responsibility of the hotel management

The rooms are spacious, well conditioned, comfortable. Staff was helpful, attending. Executive room should be the choice. There is a good fridge at the room. Furniture comfortable. TV with google tv is a nice addition. Also tv rotates 360 which is very useful. Hotel is very close to Debar Malo district where the city is alive. The restaurant service was good, helpful and polite waiters.

The room was not ready at check-in time, even after extra 30 minutes. They upgraded room upon request to access our room. The breakfast was mediocre. The variety was acceptable but quality was low. Asking money to squeeze oranges while you provide free next to it was funny. Fresh juices, bacon, acceptable coffee was missing during breakfast. The minibar is big (not mini) but very limited. The coffee pads choice for room is terrible. You should stop buying at a supermarket. Spider web, broken flush, and missing toiletries were fixed upon request. Toiletries provided second day since housekeeping supervisor arrived.

Very nice hotel, close to the city center by walk. Spacious, clean room, with very confortable beds and many complementary goods. Balcony with view to the Arena stadium. The rooms are soundproof. Spa services, gym and indoor pool. A nice cafe/bar in the ground floor with view to the river. Very nice and polite staff. Parking and vallet service on request at the reception during check-in and for 10 euros/day. Park Hotel & Spa is highly recommended.

Only two thinks: Nr.1 There is only one single elevator to service all 5 floors of the hotel and in the morning and the afternoon can be crouded and you have to wait a lot. Nr.2 For a 5 star hotel the breakfast is lacking in variaty and quantity. The quality is OK, but the variaty and the quantity can be improved.

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel and while the experience was generally positive, I feel it's closer to a solid 4-star standard. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with a few improvements in the breakfast and coffee quality, it could truly live up to its 5-star claim.

the breakfast left something to be desired. The selection was average and didn’t quite match the expectations set by a 5-star rating. The coffee, in particular, was disappointing — not what you’d hope for at this level. Also, cleaning need more attention.

The open bufet breakfast was delicious. There is a healthy bar option for the people who concerns their diets. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a sauna, steam room and a little pool inside the spa they all meet our expextations.

They charge additional payment for the parking slot. But if you park your car near the hotel you get parking ticket from the government, there is no free parking space at all. The parking fee is daily 10 Eur at the hotel, the government charge much more. It is not much but maybe it can be cheaper.

I liked it a lot! Friendly personnel, almost everyone understands English. Room was large and comfortable. Spa was great (but you need to fix the door to the sauna). Gym is large and well equipped. Next time I'm going to Skopje, I'll definitely check availability and prices at Park hotel before looking elsewhere.

Location is a few minutes to walk from the center, and the area around is dirty (at least in the winter). Gym (and maybe Spa) are also open to the public, and quite crowded on the weekend.

The room was huge! Whenever we had any questions, the staff attended to them straight away. Hotel is right next to a massive football stadium! Would be perfect place to stay and view a North Macedonia international match!

Fridge wasn't plugged in and had no cord, had to call reception to plug in the fridge. TV wasn't plugged in and had no cord, had to call reception to grab a cord from a room next door. Fridge had bottled beer, but no bottle opener.. had to goto the restaurant to get my beer/wine opened.
