It is a new development and the place is very new. I think it's less than 5 months old. The unit is very clean, modern, and minamilist styled. The kitchenette was well equiped with an induction single cooker, a fridge, washing machine and all the neccessary cutlery and utensils.The beds were comfy and the feather-filled pillows were a dream to sleep on. The towels were lux and big. They even provide an LG hot and cold distilled water dispenser. Very convenient to make coffee in the morning. On the whole, the place is comfy and pleasant to stay.

There are a few things that the owner may want to consider to add, like shower curtains (the toilet rolls got wet), some hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and maybe a washer cum dryer cos there was no where to hang wet clothes to dry after the wash. Owner could also provided bedroom slippers too. Maybe the owner could ask the management to look into patching some gaps between the wall and the window in the bathroom. This is probably because the place is still very new. Can hear the noise and feel the hot air from outside.

The place was great. Clean and comfortable. Great views, well-decorated and equipped. Quiet neighbourhood, away from buzzing Georgetown. There were lots of complaints about long wait for the lifts but we found it acceptable. All 4 lifts were working. They have an office in the building for luggage storage. The water dispenser was a great feature. So was the washing machine and garment steamer. Would appreciate if a simple manual was provided for some of the appliances and if a laundry drying rack was available. Grab to Georgetown was reasonable, about RM10.

Check in was confusing, too many instructions especially at a new location. Just rmb to check in at security post at the gate first. I was a bit confused when the WA group chat was set up with many different numbers. I thought it was with others who were checking in but it was not, would appreciate if that was made clear. The group chat name will contain your block number, and unit no. Did not use the facilities in the building on level 11. Toured the level and was disgusted by the lack of maintenance in the toilets. Foul smell and water was not running hence did not want to take a chance with the pool although we did see people using the pool. Grab is always about 15mins wait. Drivers are often confused with the blocks due to the unclear signage.

The decoration, the new appliances especially the LG puricare water purifier, nice view of Penang Island at level 34, the common share area at level 11 especially the pool/sauna/steamer. Free high speed Wifi. You can also can relax at Level 42 and have a good view of Penang town and bridge. Two free carparks. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The digital lock door is so convenience.

The toilet can be cleaner before guest arrival. More info on where to throw the rubbish

The facilities on the 11th floor are amazing, although the 42nd floor gym hasn’t been set up yet. Only con is that the windows in the unit are murky so the view is slightly obstructed, I think it can be good feedback for the building management. (Lift glass is also very dusty from the outside). Everything in the apartment is great, they had a distilled water dispenser as well. Really liked the decor of the unit. Having Netflix is awesome.

Would be even better if indoor slippers are provided for future guests!

Great location for the purpose of my trip. It was very easy to get a Grab car. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Housekeeping responded to my requests very quickly and were very sweet. The 11th floor has lovely pools (yes, plural!) a nice gym and vending machines. There's also a little playground for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped and clean.

There's a washing machine but there's no where to hang out the washing. Something could be provided upon request perhaps? The staff did find me some hangers so it a worked out well in the end. The lifts...oh the lifts. I had read about the lifts in the reviews and yes they're bad at peak times. They are hot, tiny and at peak period, the waiting time is atrocious. Did the developers really think 4 tiny lifts would be able to service 41 floors? Definitely factor this in when staying here!

It was a superb stay, I would book it again! The flat was modern, clean, large, we had plenty of space. It was well equipped. We appreciated the washing machine and the filtered water machine! The views were amazing! We liked the swimming pool and the whole outdoor area around it. It was not too far from George Town (centre), but had some shops and eateries around. I saw comments about the lift in reviews, but it is obvious that you need to wait some time in such a big building. We did not have problem with it (maybe because it wasn't high season).

Nothing to mention, really.

I love everything especially the cleanliness of your room. Very spacious and inviting. Oh and thank god you have a washing machine. It really helps me a lot with my laundry

We had encountered some paranormal activities during the stay. The shower turn on and off by itself, my bed was being shaking while i was asleep at night haha. My son heard a voice calling his name and my husband got disturbed while he was in elevator alone haha but its okey we still enjoy the stay! We will definitely going to stay again if we going back to penang.

The apartment was very spacious, and the view from the room was fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised that we had an additional queen bed when booking.com said I booked for only 2 queen beds. The property is well equipped with many facilities such as an infinity pool, gymnasium, vending machines (through some don't work) and even a sauna. The check in and check out process was also smooth and hassle free and the instructions provided by the staff were clear.

The toilets weren't the best. They weren't cleaned properly and still had hair on the toilet seat. It would have been nicer if the toilets came with hooks to hang clothes and a glass wall to separate the toilet area with the shower area so the water doesn't splash everywhere. A handsoap at the sinks could have been a nice addition, too. The location is quite far from all the main attractions in Penang and you need to rely on cars to get anywhere, though getting a Grab ride isn't too difficult from here. There isn't much to see or do within the neighbourhood itself, it's mostly residential with just a bunch of warungs and mini marts.

A large apartments building in George Town, with a view on the port. We had an apartment for 4 people and it was more spacious than expected. The living room was really nice and the equipment in the kitchen felt premium, in particular the fancy water cooler / filtering machine. The staff was also flexible for our very early check-out time.

The Wi-Fi system was a bit wonky and required some manual reboot of the router to have it work. Still it remained slow. Also this was a problem on our side, but the air conditioning units had an unexpected behaviour. Even thought the remote seems to work, the unit would not work unless it was turn on by an unlabeled switch on the wall.

The unit, the building overall maintenance was nice. Looks new.

Lift super slow. Each time have to wait 5-10minutes just for lift to come. On we waited for 15minutes plus. The lift bypass us so many times but didnt stop at L26. At another point, we even noticed cleaner using the resident lift, supposedly lift Bomba?! This was very disappointing. But to the unit, no single negative comment. Very well prepared. Superb stay for the value. Very kind of owner to go to extend to provide water filter. 10star for you!
