We stayed in Executive Deluxe Double Room. The room was large and clean. It was a corner room and we got a 180 degrees view of Kluang from level 9. The bedding was nice and fragrant and clean. My wife also enjoyed the stay with our 7 months old baby. The staff was friendly and gave recommendation for nice eateries in Kluang. Thank you.

The hotel may consider making the hotel a bit "stroller friendly". I need to carry the stroller up the stairs to go from parking lot to the lobby, and also from the lift in level 4 to the coffee house.

The room has a nice view of Kluang. Most shops and restaurants are nearby, so go take a walk while sightseeing. Whatever u need is within reach so dont worry. The hotel is also very cozy. Just perfect for a short stay in quaint Kluang. Good value for money and comfortable stay. I will come again next time.

The housekeeping team didnt properly sweep the floor I think. There were dust and hair underneath the study table and the arm chairs Management should keep an eye on them whether they are doing their job well or not .

Great location with plenty of restaurants close by. Secure parking. The room was well equipped with a comfy bed and pillows. Bath with a shower over. Freshly decorated.

Breakfast was not good. We arrived at 9.30 before breakfast finished at 10am. Staff had already started to clear away the food. Food was mainly Asian but was cold. Fried eggs were cold and like rubber. We stayed on the 6th floor and could smell cigarette smoke. Reception said it was because the floor above was the smoking floor.

Location was great, awesome cafe and eateries within walkable distance. There is a small outdoor playground near the riverside that kids can go to as well. Staff are friendly and helpful to us. We had a great view (panaromic windows awesome) of the Ramadhan Bazaar and overall city, it was very nice to see fireworks at night.

Room facilities have little bit wear and tear here and there. And can see the hotel tried their best to mend and fix. Probably not okay for those who seek full aesthetic.

Convenient location - about 8mins walk from the new Train Station, even shorter walk from the bus terminal across the cleaned up river.

Check-in time can be brought forward - earlier than 3pm especially if rooms are available instead of letting guests wait at lobby for no good reason! Front line staff can be trained to exercise more discretion.

Clean and all facilities provided such as hair dryer, iron and ironing board,comfortable long bath, water supply, all toiletries, big mirror at foyer, comfortable sofa , a wide range of tv channel and friendly staff and the perfect location right the centre of the town, almost all in walking distance, Kluang train stations, Kluang mall, bank , food store…etc

The coffee house can be improved, the windows is all covered , should open the cover and let the place become brighter

Room and toilet were clean. Spacious, very nice room. Location was good, near to food and shops. The toilet bowl was stuck but was immediately attended to. Staff overall was attentive to my needs. I don't recommend the breakfast though unless you are too lazy to go out. Very basic and better walk a little to get breakfast. Will stay here again next trip to Kluang.

The staff dint notice i am queuing n let the mn behind me to check in first. My room cant flush . The water flow is so slow. Need to press the button all the way. Luckily we no pop..cant image after tis. The aircond is not cold. Luckily my baby sleep well. Overall is satisfied as room is big n bed is comfortable. Kluang is smll town but got tis hotel convenient for tourists. Thank you

The room is big and really comfortable. The room size is spacious. The staff is friendly and professional, and their service is efficient and we don't need to wait for too long to get our room. My friend left her charger on room, and the staff call me to inform. Really great customer service. The location is really at the city centre, convenient to go to anywhere.

The breakfast need to improve. The condition of restaurant is like from 80's era.

Value for money: Reasonable price that provides clean rooms. It is located near lot of eateries and shops. All waking distance. The staffs are friendly too.

The toilet flushing system a bit weak. Have to press and hold. I asked for extra pillow and was told need to paid MYR10. We were staying in a twin room plus 1 bed. Total 3 of us. Both bed had 2 pillows but not the extra bed which we have paid extra.
