staff very humble , sporting and good

I have been on vacation many times and chose this hotel but last time, I stayed for 3 days. I went out for lunch and my friend came back to hotel because want to ask about room service but when she entered the room suddenly the room had been cleaned whereas that morning no hotel staff asked if we want room service or not. So, it's a bit rude if room service is done without asking first , next time hopelly be more carefull

The room for family suite is spacious, carpeted floor. The beds are comfy, clean and neat. No bad odor in the room and bathroom. Friendly staff and easygoing. Smooth process for check in and check out.

No elevator. Not suitable for disable person with wheelchair.

The cleanliness and all bathrooms items are provided.

No lifts and have to walk up to 3rd floor with our heavy luggage.

big room and very clean. the staff very honest. i stay for two night the staff clean my room with perfect

i hope have lift. i carry the baby with the luggage to second floor.

The room is better than expected & is quiet. I was able to sleep well

There is a smoke smell & if possible, please clean the window (because i was staying in a room with window).

not many TV channel to select, no toothpaste and toothbrush

No hair dryer.
