The swimming pool with slide. The security guard was kind. The receptionist was responsible and explained in detail. Big parking space.

No lift available for level 2. No restaurant available but it's alright. My room is in level 2, I got to lock the balcony door (but the lock was not in good condition though), there is a stairs direct to the balcony but it's dangerous also, in case someone went in without anyone noticing. Pls take note.

- The friendly staff, which help to resolve all the problems - Easy check in and check out - The location, close to town area and many eateries within short distance - The RM5 breakfast, good for those in the rush - The swimming pool, good size - The idea of using container as hotel room, very unique

- Intermittent WiFi, always loss connection - First room given the sink was leaking - No gym for work out - No wardrobe in the room to hang the cloth

Location was very convenient, close enough to the centre of town and surrounded by eateries and other shops. Loved the swimming pools and the rooms were very clean with much more controllable air conditioning than every other place we stayed at. We prefer to not have direct AC on us when sleeping and here that was possible as there are two AC units per room! I would also like to confirm that there were fridges in our family rooms.

I felt the breakfast was a bit hit or miss, but we didn't even know the hotel provided breakfast anyway so we came prepared with our own fresh fruit. We weren't keen on the kaya sandwiches or cake slices, but some of our party liked the noodles and the fried eggs. Hot water dispensers are not hot enough to make tea or coffee with...so we preferred the kettle in the rooms for that.

The room is just in front of the swimming pool, You can have a family gathering as they have a pantry which consists of a stove, fridge and even a coway,

Nothing is wrong but only the attitude of other customers especially for those who have kids, and stay above your room, they are too noisy and I did report to the customer service, and the problem slowly solved, trust the staff did call the customer after my complained

Pillow and bed are comfortable, room is clean, toilet is clean, pool water is clean, hotel surrounding is clean, lot of parking around the area, and check out was easy.

Need a lot of improvement on sound proofing. Noise from the main road simply make it harder to fall asleep.

Location was good as we were driving. Parking was free @ hotel too. Bed was comfortable. Will stay again when I visit Kluang next time.

We stayed at Room B1 and there was this sound which came from next door (though no one was staying there) throughout our stay. Whatsapped the hotel staff but no reply there and then though they acknowledged my feedback.

The pool in front of the room, easy access from parking lot, very attentive & friendly staff.

For bfast, although its very cheap (rm10 perhead) its still need a lil bit improvement on quality & a bit misleading, ie the item served are less & a bit different than what is listed from the pamphlet.

Location very strategic. Swimming pool also the most lovely place in this kluang container hotel because they have two sides of swimming pool. My kids are very happy with that. 😊

My room B3 the space area for bedroom very limited to walk. I suggest also for television move to the bedroom side because it will more relax if we can lay in bed and watch. 😊

Environment and for me the best things admire me is behind the hotel have one murugar temple really feel soooo blessed 😊 this is my second time I booked tis hotel
