Value for money
The old man at the reception counter was terribly rude. Not didn't he greet us when we approached to the counter, as I started asking him if there were rooms available, he came out with the answer"check-in time 2pm"unwillingly. Then looked away. I'm a frequent traveller & I have never been treated like that by anyone at a hotel reception counter (which usually leave a first impressions to guests) before this.

Check with information counter, got luxury better room But during need upgrade and pay extra , staff is request using apps cancel current room and using apps to book luxury room is cause inconvenience

The staff was helpful but they did not clean the room after check out in 1st day. But still okay they can help to provide new towel and soap for 2nd day

clean and comfortable. worth the price if they fix wifi issue.
staff not professional, kind of rude. (1 uncle and 1 male staff) this 2 shouldn't be working as receptionist or call operator) wifi not working on 2nd floor.. how about resetting it whenever the guest complain.. just push the on/off button. its in the middle of the town but maxis 4G network seem not working very well.

Clean room at a great location. Bazaar was just a few min walk away and the big eco shop (ie Malaysian daiso) is a must visit
Maybe the WiFi password can be pasted in room for easy sharing

Bedroom suitable for family of 5
Hotel didnt sell parking coupon. We reach there at midnight. Had to go out early morning just to find parking coupon to avoid penalti by Majlis Perbandaran Kluang.
