The location was really good, quite strategic. Just near the road & town. Easy to park your car. The room was good . The staff was quite friendly. The bed was quite comfy.

For the room, it was fine, but it wasn’t that spacious. If you were looking for spacious room, this hotel wouldn’t be the answer, but if you were looking for good hotel design concept, then this hotel gonna be the answer. No nearest food stall. The nearest restaurant was about 4KM if im not mistaken. No proper wardrobe, but still got a place to hang your shirts / towel.

Breakfast was not available. It be great if breakfast can be provided and include in hotel charge. Light breakfast or meals that we can order .and not costly eg ard rm 10.

No breakfast package to add on. Provide a choice to order breakfast that we can pre order the day before.

Easy check-in Worth the price and clean

The lighting was average.Had difficulty to dress up with the lighting especially during make up. Otherwise happy with other facilities.

Clean and friendly staff

The bathroom door needs to be repaired due to it is easy to pull off and difficult to close.

Location is great, spacious parking area, room is clean and equipped with basic essentials including hair dryer

Nothing, but if got breakfast much better, but near eating places so no problem

the entertainment, such as the tv remote or the box remote, better to be check frequently the function of this item.

Big parking area (FOC), have own elevator, not a typical budget hotel because they are not sharing with other shop lot. This hotel is on their own building.

Your staf can be more friendly with customer. Didn't say they are not good but can improve to be better.
