Clean comfortable room and bed. Will repeat stay. Lots of eateries within vicinity. The kluang bus station is within walking distant.

Clean bathroom but my bath room has no shower curtain to prevent bathroom from getting wet from showers. My room, standard dd bed room, room lightings seemed insufficient compared to other same type of rooms booked. No in room iron/iron board Still it was an excellant stay.

Very comfortable bed, pillow and duvet. Great location - right in the middle of the town, easy parking. Friendly staff. Very good for my one night stay. The mall beside the hotel is closed, but there are other malls in walking distance. There’s also a great dinner spot across the river called Ngepot Kabin.

The breakfast spread is so so. But, for the price that I paid for, i cannot be asking for luxurious breakfast spread anyway 😅

The rate is quite high. Doesn't fit the services they should provide. The TV remote in my room is not function at all. No ASTRO. Too bad we can not watch the football match Malaysia vs Singapore. Still need to improve some services after taking a new management. Re open the Restaurant. Now No buffet. No cafe. Just the Breakfast of nasi lemak, a slice of cake, fruits are packed. Delivered to our room. The nasi lemak is good. Luckily we love it.

should modify the atmosphere of the hotel lobby.lesw attractive.there are water drops from the air conditioner. must repair.the position of the air conditioner is not suitable because you can't feel the cold in the bed

it was close to perfect because they didnt provide mini fridge. its raya obviously i need it after all tiring day for cold water. btw nice stay. will definitely come again .

it’s located next to the Kluang bus terminal which provides bus services to various parts of Malaysia. across the river nite life makan area. Nearby Jamilah Restaurant with authentic Indian Muslim food.

Property is old n I believe it’s needs touch. Pool area not well maintained n floors are dirty. Breakfast not much varieties only nasi lemak , white Bee Hoon, soup n curry puffs and fruits. I feel not value for the money paid d for the stay.

The breakfast is soo bad,not standard at all.

I like everything about this hotel. I can't comment about the food as we didn't book for breakfast package.

During night, the music from somewhere is continue play until sahur time.. tht is disturb our night to sleep.

Rooms are really nice, clean ans spacious.

Only pool and breakfast place was open, other amenities are still under renovation pr closed.
