Big rooms with great decor, they have succeeded in making it look grand. 25 m pool and mountain views. Good quality linen and housekeeping. Great food at the restaurant for a reasonable price even though the beer was overpriced. I was the only one there for the 2 nights, which is a little daunting, but I had staff waiting on me hand and foot. It's a bit more expensive than normal in Malaysia, but nice for a splurge.

The hot water takes about 5 minutes to come through, so you think there isn't any, but just wait. They have swimming lessons in the pool and hire out the facilities for functions,but good on management for tring to help cash flow. Like a lot of places in Asia, the maintainace crews miss some obvious repairs.

The design of Casa Bianca was classy and the Santorini Suite that we stayed in was well furnished with ample space. We enjoyed the sizable pool where it was possible to do about 25m laps in clean water. Location was great with town only a few minutes drive away and many Grab food delivery options available. Special mention of Fennylevia Thomas who spared no effort to retrieve a small location tracker that we had left behind and proactively arranged to courier back to my home address. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The strong musky smell in the room if aircon is not high enough or off. I think it's probably from the carpet/sofa/furniture. Perhaps the facility can remove the carpet and change the sofa.

Extremely spacious! Excellent location with nearby shops and town area but not too busy and secure entrance. Very convenient parking. Place looks new and is very clean.

No bathtub.

We were given the Budapest room with a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi needs some sprucing up as tiles were missing and can be dangerous.

The Villa was big and grand. My kids love villa, and the swimming pool of the villa is very clean. The room are extremely grand and comfortable with large living space. And i had a very big balcony.

There is no breakfast option and they dont serve food on monday to wednesday. Which we expected to have room service, but there was no cook at that time of our stay.

The room exceeded all my expectations. For the price we paid, the room was excellent. Large room with lots of space, comfortable beds, very clean, a large bathroom, coffee tea amenities and a small fridge. The location was also great - nearby to town and lots of makan places. Truly wow.

Not that I didn't like, but pool was open to swimming classes which makes residents have limited space to swim. Not enough sitting area coz was all pre occupied by families waiting for kids swimming lessons.

Huge comfortable luxurious rooms in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views of Gunung Lambak. You can have a dance party in the shower alone!

Feels a bit deserted at night but some people may enjoy that solitude!
