The hotel has no facilities but a lot of food outlets nearby... 7 eleven is nxt to the hotel. There is McDonald and Domino Pizza opposite of the hotels. Maybank across the street... 5 mins walk to Kluang Railway Coffee... The room i stay is clean, the bed is comfy. Lift in the hotel. The hotel staff and security staff is very friendly.... he is there to safe guard the guest vehicle and advice us to lock and don put any belongings in the car or motorcycle... will book the hotel again if i visit my relative at Kluang.

Location was strategic and staff were friendly and helpful. Keep it up with the smiles. Room was conducive and relatively clean and basic needs were provided.

Probably the room lights can be brighter as I find it a little hard to see due to the dimness. It would be great if the lights are replaced with brighter lightbulbs.

the location is great. easy access to anywhere and the room is comfortable. bed can fit 3 adult but its a tight fit. have 7 eleven next to the hotel in case you want to buy any snacks.

the hallway smell kind of like pee. there's a very noticeable stain on the sofa inside the room.the ceiling also have some holes.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The shower was very nice, and the bed comfy. Strategic location close to eateries and malls

The pillows were rock hard and massive. Too bad since the bed itself was comfy. Lightning switch very only at the main door, would be convenient to have them next to the bed. The staff wasn't really friendly.

Very spacious room. Super big bed, though the pillow is quite hard, huhu. The aircond was quite slow to get cold, but that's okay. The room was clean, and I just found a few hairs only, but they can be considerable. The toilet was superb huge! The heater was functioning very well, even though I've turned to a cold temperature, but it was still warm. Okaylaa for rainy season. Overall everything was good! The security was very friendly, made my day!

I like that it is easily accessible and in the heart of the city centre. It was easy to travel to various malls and food outlets nearby.

The toilet felt very cramped and the floor was slippery. We slipped and fell quite a few times. We are thankful that there is a warning sign for slippery floors for us to be mindful.

Good location. Free parking is provided. The staff will give parking coupon if the hotel parking is full. Very thoughtful. Surprise to see guard on duty outside hotel at night.

Room is not very clean and quite old. No hair towel provided. The quality of the shower / hair gel is doubtful. So it is better to bring your own.

none. but the tiles were very slippery in the bathroom. it was quite dangerous. I had to wear my shoes every time I walk in and out. also prefer to have one mirror in the bedside. easier to make up.
