This is our 3rd time at this hotel because it is good and clean. Hotel need to understand affordable doesn't mean no cleanliness, cleanliness must be top notch. The thing that make it cheap or affordable should be without extra accessories like hairdryer, fridge, tv. This hotel has everything and clean too. That's what make us repeat this hotel.

Good location and easy to find - just next to Shell station that you can see along Jalan Batu Pahat. Ample parking available and is just outside the hotel. Hotel provides mineral water and Chinese tea (Lapsang Souchong) that we can grab at the front desk.

I feel like at home. Everything is clean. The water kettle was available.ironing was just at the corridor.it was good stay

The air conditioning was not that good. Next there is no mirror available outside, only in the bathroom

There is nothing that i dislike about the hotel and surrounding. All are very fine with me. The water pressure are good. Housekeeping done on time and frequently, even my bedsheet and towel was change the next day. Hope can restart again the breakfast/cafe at the ground floor its really help guest to ease the time to go and search for light meal to start our day. Overall I love the hotel very much.

The hotel are a bit off in term of the upgrading. But so far it did not bother me at all as all are ok

The room are clean and cozy

The atmosphere have a lot of dust. Even in the lift also have a dust flying. You can see it under the light.

Hotel is clean and well managed. Facilities looks a bit old but still function accordingly. Location wise a bit far from restaurant or shoplot

The room is clean and comfortable. The price is affortable. Easy parking & staff is knlowledgable.

Everything was good except the remote controls were malfunction ,the air conditioning was cold only at night .you can sleep without using your blanket

Shower room door damage and never repair.shower head holder broken,toilet and shower need to improve.
