The location is just a minute or two minutes walk from Terminal Bas. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and food court nearby. The room is clean, have a lot of facilities. There are KTV and pub down below but we are lucky that our room is at level 3 so we didn't hear the noise, only noise coming from car park at level 4 (vehicle sounds).

The hallway is kind of noisy when people walk by. Maybe in future, can put carpet to absorb the sound.

The location was near to many eateries, as well as the Sunway Kluang Mall. We booked the executive suite, and the room was huge. Bed was comfortable and clean too. Hotel and counter staff were kind enough to return the vanity kit which I had left behind in the room. Thank you very much!

The executive suite could have been cosier. It would be better if the management included some additional furnishings (e.g. sofa, wall art, etc) and carpeted the laminated floor.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a short stroll away from the Bus Terminal. The hotel offers a clean and comfortable environment. During our stay in the Deluxe room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. The room itself was tidy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel provides only one small bottle of mineral water daily, and there is no water dispenser available. Additional bottles of water can be obtained for an extra charge of RM2 per bottle. The air conditioning in the room doesn't provide sufficient cooling, especially when it's scorching outside. Consequently, the room tends to feel uncomfortably warm during periods of extreme heat.

The king bed room is spacious, basic facilities in the room. Cleanses acceptable. Good location, accessible to many places.

The Queen size bed room has no window, has a smoking smell from previous guests.

Clean, free and large parking space, with hair dryer attached in bathroom, and iron board provided at floor walkway, with water heater, and complete set of toiletries provided as well.

Windowless room...Booking.com did not mention anything about windowless room.

The room is big & facing the river, the staff, facilities esp. security are all very good, and the price are reasonable too. Will come again when I visit kluang next trip. Thank you!!
