no breakfast provided by hotel but many eating places near by the simple down to earth stall super near to hotel opens at abt 8am usually has simple fried noodle, coffees but no half boiled eggs, i personally like the noodle : ) also like the ambient and morning air hotel is clean, simple, newly renovated, air con hums a little bit but works fine for me as i don't like the super quietness of certain hotels : )

no free parking but hotel staff do assist to put parking coupon using their phone App, setel, which we pay on check out

although this is a basic hotel but it is spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. was travelled with mum and the condition of room with good value in price made mum very happy. they even hired a security guard overnight sitting outside the hotel to look after guests car which parked in front of hotel.

the shower in my room has some problem. the water temperature fluctuate from hot to very cold and need to turn off water and open again if u want to get hot water. i wish hotel management can take action to solve this issue as it is ashame if people not choosing this hotel for this issue. otherwise, it is perfect

The hotel provides all the basic necessities for a short stay. The location is walking distant to nearby eateries for your meals. The hotel staffs were polite and helpful when attending to the needs of the guest. The plus point is that the hotel has elevator option for families with elderly and children.

I would like to state that this hotel is 100% worth it. Value for money and located in a good location. Plenty of food venues around the hotel, pretty much very convenient. I would really recommend this hotel for business travellers or out of town sales persons who need to put up a night or 2 in Kluang.

Place is in kluang town area, and plenty of food venues around the hotel even at night. Hotel room is clean and have windows facing outside. Plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel.

Quiet, clean room. Very basic facilities but good enough for transit purposes.

There is nobody in the lobby. Even the receptionist is missing. Looks deserted and feels unsure if the hotel is in operation. I went in because room already paid thru booking.com. Quite scary if u r alone especially at night.

To get the parking coupon we had go around looking where to purchase them. It will be good if the hotel could inform us earlier that we can purchase at the hotel counter itself.

The room is spacious. Everything is very clean. Very good location. Plenty of restaurants nearby.. Value for money.

The family suite room is very big and very clean. Quite because the room was not facing main room.

One of the single bed mattress located at left hand site in room 2018 is not comfortable because the pocket spring seem already spoilt. Should replace a new mattress.
