Friendly and dedicated staff. Both female staff during our stay are very attentive with our needs and wellbeing. And are present there at the reception every time we need something. At first I felt upset because we got a room on the 2nd floor not 1st because I booked late. But the view of our 2nd floor room was superb. 100% satisfied.

Nothing, I like the antique wooden interior of the hotel room. Perfect for Kluang trip, I can feel the heritage.

Location is right on top of Kluang Railway Coffee shop. Expect waiting time to park during daytime. But after coffee shop closed, plenty of parking. There’s also a Ninso RM2.40 shop next to coffee house. Staff are very warm and accomodative to any inquiries. There’s no kettle in the room but you can get hot or cold water from coway machine near reception counter. Ironing facility is avail in a separate room behind reception. Room is ok, not too spacious but comfy for couple. Bathroom is clean and shower has cold/hot water tap. Would definitely book here again if we’re in Kluang town.

Hard to get parking during day when coffee house is operating from 8am to 6pm. No elevator but stairs aren’t that steep. I have knee issue but somehow kinda easy to climb and go down these stairs

- Please choose king room, as there is a kettle and water bottle in the room unlike queen room or single room - good location - beside hotel is Ninso and below is Kluang Railway Coffee - Good room view too, big window - There’s even a cuckoo machine down the corridor

- this is probably not for me but for other people, you have to climb up one floor of stairs to the reception

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. Good location. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Sufficient plug points. Food readily available. Rail coffee shop just downstairs. Very comfortable stay. Can refill drinking water from water dispenser. Good water pressure and big shower head.

Walk up stairs to get to the room. Not suitable for older folks with mobility problems.

Location is good as below is the famous Rail Coffee restaurant, and next Ninso supermarket.

No fridge and the cupboard below sink in toilet was run-down and should be taken off or replaced.

The hotel nearby has restaurants and a supermarket. It's like a small town outside the town.

Need to walk up the staircase to the 2nd floor to reach the reception and the room.

Spacious room and bath. Very good value for money.

No drinking water in the room. Got to get from the coway machine at the corridor. Need to climb up the stairs to get to the reception and hotel rooms.
