Nice location and looked really nice. Luxurious.

That they didn’t tell you in advance that you have to pay for the pool per day. They could’ve at least say that sooner before booking because I assume that most people book this accommodation because of the pool, like we did.

How bit it was and location for it price

Was not clean, we even asked to move to other room as we found black hairs on toilet and fridge was dirty. We found dead lizard in the bathroom. Had no had soap and got to buy it ourselves. Fridge keep making noises all night. TV turned on itself one night.

Housekeeping not included in the booking. I mean that should be basic. To change towels and trash bin shopper . I had to ask every time from reception. Location was perfect. Room was clean. Everything like iron, microwave oven and fridge was in the room.

The rooms are a really nice size. Very comfortable and big bed which was great.

You have to pay a deposit only payable by cash on arrival. It wasn’t the end of the world for us but just be prepared when you check in.

We had a lovely view with fantastic views of the city, was lovely to be able to see the skyline from your bed. The bed was very comfortable and quite large for 2 people. The aircon was also quite good! You had great facilities within the room of a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board!

The location is quite far from the main attractions and commuter transport lines. Although only a 20minute walk to the KLCC, in intense heat this can be very far. We used grab most of the time as it was the easiest. Food options are also quite far away, we found it most difficult to get breakfast, I would recommend doing a shop in a larger supermarket in the city centre so you have options for Breakfast in your room. For lunch and dinner it wasn’t as bad as you could get them while at attractions.

I have just left Expressionz Professional Suite by MyKey. My stay went perfectly: the rooms are clean and spacious, and the view from the pool on the 48th floor is absolutely breathtaking! (The pool on the 48th floor is not included in the price.) The hotel is well located (just 10-15 minutes by Grab from the city center), so we enjoyed peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Farah at the reception—she was incredibly kind and helpful, always professional and smiling! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I visit Kuala Lumpur again.

Clean and updated units with everything you need.

Not near from city center, you need to take a taxi everyday one you go somewhere. Also I’m concerned about the pool new policy, when I stayed before the Top pool was included in the room rate, but now you need to buy a ticket for it every time to use the pool, however you can just add it to the room rate, because it’s just no sense to pay for a facility within the building I’m staying in. The problem that the guy at the pool will not even let you have a look, he will walk to you outside and stand on your way not to go if you don’t have a ticket, then you can just go down and pay 15MR and go back to realise that there’s no vacant sun beds. it’s just nonsense.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were quite spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, from modern amenities to a comfortable bed. It definitely provided a relaxing environment for my stay.

There was one significant downside: the presence of cockroaches. I noticed a few during my time there, which was a bit unsettling. I highly recommend the hotel maintains regular insect inspections, ideally twice a week, to ensure that such issues are kept under control. This would make the experience much more enjoyable and would give guests peace of mind. Asidea from that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were in great condition. If the insect problem is addressed, I’d gladly stay here again.

Strategic location. Nice hospitality.

Limited time for check in up to 11.30 pm only. I'm traveling from North and unfortunately involved with traffic jam at the highway. Have to drive continuously without stopping for dinner. Luckily I arrived on time.

fast and efficient check in and check out process. spacious space. very love bathroom and bathtub. lift was so fast even though up to 48floor.

my room located just near lift 01. i can hear lift sound every single time when people using lift going up and down. the sound quite noisy and not comfortable especially during night. i wish next time i wnt to be located far from lift. thanks
