Great place to stay for a few nights in KL. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we were on the 28th floor so had a great view out (but there is no guarantee your view will be of the city centre - our view was the opposite side).

When we booked the 8th floor pool was advertised as free and the 48th floor pool was 20 ringgits. A few days before our stay the policy changed so that you had to pay for the 8th floor pool and the 48th floor pool was 30 ringgits. The cost for the 48th floor pool was worth it but disappointing to not have free use of the 8th when on booking the property it was advertised as free. The gym is a separate cost to the 48th floor pool which was also disappointing. Location was fine but as it is on the outer ring road the city centre isn't really walkable and you can get caught with very bad traffic getting into and out of the centre. Just keep that in mind for rush hour journeys. It's actually a good location for the Batu Caves though as it is the "right" side of the city for that.

The apartment is well designed, decorated, spacious, has good view, great facilities and security system is great. Air conditioning is well. Location is good. Convenient store at ground floor to get regular staff. Staffs are helpful, nice behavior and well mannered. Highly recommend for family living.

There is no breakfast facilities. Restaurants are bit far away - 10 to 15 minutes car drive. Shop at ground floor should have more food items to eat ( break fast & light dinner). Each apartment should have a instructions board to know how about getting required services.

Staff was top-level, they even made it possible for us to check-in earlier because our flight was very early and we were exhausted. Instead of 3pm they let us in slightly after the noon. Room and hotel overall are very clean and good looking. Also other staff, security and help staff are amazing.

Location is a bit far off, you will need to go by taxi / Grab, you can't really walk since there is a big highway cutting you from the city.

We had a great stay! I would definitely rebook again in the future! We have the KLCC view.. so nice! The room is spacious and clean. Great lighting, no need to do makeup in the dark haha. Pillows are soft, they even have a fan in the room. There’s a microwave, fridge and washing machine with dryer! The bathroom is great too! Water flow was strong, great lighting in the bathroom. Got Iron and hair dryer too. We paid rm12/ pax for the rooftop swimming pool. It was soooo worth it! There’s free swimming pool too!

The staff was nice to us, probably because we are locals. They treat the foreigners poorly tho. The way they speak to the foreigners were quite unprofessional and rude, with harsh tone. And they openly badmouth them when the foreigners don’t understand their words. I hope the management could train their receptionists again…

Easy to check in and out. Friendly staff who were helpful. Little mart downstairs and a convenient area to get picked up and dropped off by the Grab. Infinity pool was great and staff very friendly. Would highly Recommend

The infinity pool on top floor would have been good if we had access with children.

Everything is nice the facilities , the friendly staff and near with everything and the place is near with pulapol , and for the parking we need to pay rm20/night , it was comfortable with the nice scenery

Just my opinion that they need to make a big board or instruction to the tower A and tower B because the share the parking but sometimes the car that was park is a bit far from the tower that we stay and for my room the need to repair the hot water heater because it doesn't working even though i open the switch for hours

At least after rounds of communicated, finally they have provided my bottle drinks and towels in advance Which making me more convenient that I do not kept calling daily and wait in room for house keeping to replenish. After all they knew how many days I am staying in

Room without a fridge.

The room was super comfortable.. plus have all the things i need ( washer dryer , iron , fridge , microwave) . I will surely coming back at this suites expecially by V&C ... the staff was really helpful .. kudos to them ! The view was amazing , the pool also ...

I need to pay for the rooftop pool .. other than that everything was perfect

The location was good well connected as it is near a metro station and within a walking distance from the city center

In general everything was great. Apart from the sink jn the shower cabin it was not operating normally as it took some time to get clean.

Room is very clean, just nice for 2 persons.

The hotel staffs work very slow, when we check out , we still need to wait for almost 15 minutes 😑 just for the deposit refund. And besides the room cleanliness, unfortunately need to pay RM 12 for the 48th floor swimming pool entry 😑😑 if not can get the KLCC significant view 😑
