Walking distance to main city area and nice views from the room we were in and the rooftop

You had to pay to use the pool on the main roof which wasn’t that clean and was just for views really. We stayed a full week and there was no option for a room clean which was a bit annoying. Most expensive accommodation we have booked in the whole of SEA and it didn’t really match pictures - you also have to put a deposit down of 300 RM in cash which is annoying if you are leaving the country straight after checking out We stayed in a studio which was incredibly small, the bathroom when wet was actually a bit hazardous and overall the room wasn’t exactly clean , last people’s food still in cupboards and dirty and sticky marks in all the cupboards

deposit shld hv been done via cash instead of e-transfer, because i gotta remind the management to get back the deposit a few days after check out

I deposit the money RM 300 when i check in the hotel, but why i got RM 100 only after check out?

The room is clean and have table but i hope have 2 chairs for couple. Have washing machine, fridge small and oven. Nice View.

The pool have fees. The room no cooking space. The cafeteria is gone unlike before was good to eat a breakfast while staying.

Room was very nice, beautiful view of the city through the floor to ceiling windows. A fair price to use the pool on floor 48, and nice to have free access to the lower pool too. Staff were responsive to issues via the dedicated WhatsApp chat.

Frustrating that the steam room was out of order (and clearly had been for some time), and the jacuzzi closes at 6pm so you aren't able to use it in the evening (when you'd want to due to cooler temperatures). Staff weren't particularly friendly but this didn't cause any issues. Location makes it tough to get into the centre of the city as the road you need to cross is a huge intersection and will take you about 10 minutes just to cross.

Nice modern apartments with all amenities such as fridge, microwave, iron, washing machine etc. Comfy and clean, good shower and a great view.

When viewing the property online they show many photos of the rooftop pool and the gym so you expect it to be included in the price of the room, however the day before arriving we were informed that we would need to pay per day we wanted to use it. Whilst not overly expensive (12 myr pp per day) This should definitely be mentioned in the property description as it is one of the main features of staying here, and there are many other properties which have the same facilities you don't need to pay to access.

I like all the amenities provided. There is washing machine with dryer. Spacious.

the bathroom with glass through is really not comfortable eventho im stay alone. apa lagi duduk dengan orang lain. sangat mengganggu. service for check in and check out really out. maybe bukan bwh pengurusan hotel, jadi perlu direct dengan owner ke i don't know because need to chat and all thru chat. even for security deposit supposedly return by 6pm on the day of checkout. but i get mine on 9pm after multiple counter of chat,call. at first i thought it was scammed. you can get back the deposit but it's take time too long.
