The location was awesome and the facilities were top notch.

It was not a hotel. The booking listing makes it sound like a hotel but it is a serviced apartment. That means you have to wait for someone to bring you a card key, you have to call everytime you need fresh towels or the room cleaned. You are encouraged to "don't speak to the consierge, they don't need to know everything, call us for everything", which sounds a bit shady. We were also given the wrong room and had to wait for one night to get the (better) apartment we have paid for. No compensation was offered.

The rooms were amazing. We were staying for 2 weeks just out side KL. We decided to treat ourselves the day before we left. If we had found this place first we would have defo booked more nights here. The setting was bang on. Right in the heart of KL, just behind the Petronas Towers. The staff were friendly and rooms were clean and cool, (added bonus). If you want a swim with a view, the 88th floor outdoor swimming pool will not disappoint. We also stayed for buffet breakfast. Was unusual to see mash and noodles down for breakfast but ,hay each to their own lol!

Had to leave 😪.

We loved the room view we got from Tower 3 level 46 Unit 2. The rooftop view was also the best compared to Tower 1 and 2. The next time we book here again, we would love to get the same unit at Tower 3.

Kitchen utensils are hopeless. I understand the owner never live here, but some basic kitchen utensils would be a delight. For example, there was no knife that we can use to spread butter on our toast. I would suggest the person in charge to google basic kitchen utensils and shop the things needed.

The apartment, fridge, hob, oven, etc, were cleaned before we came in. The location is very near to Avenue K Shopping Mall, which is very near to Suria KLCC and KLCC MRT where you can take trains to Central Market, Petaling Street, Masjid Jamek or other places you intend to go.

There is only one TV at the living room. The bedrooms have no TV.

The location was exceptional, the host also great as for booking.com how it advertised this place is completely wrong. I booked here because it said it had a private pool which it did not. Booking.com is the let down for the false advertising, but glad we stayed here.

great facilities. the view of the twin towers from the rooftop swimming pool is superb. walking distance to the twin towers.

the check-in was hard as it’s not a hotel but an apartment and there’s no staff there all the time.

The room was spacious enough for 5 adults and equipped with all required toiletries, towel and etc. It’s just as what you see on the picture. The staff was superb, he even bring us up to the room. Facilities was amazing, the pool is very clean and the rooftop view is worth the stay. There’s enough area and table for you to sit and relax on the sky lounge and enjoy the view. Really worth the price and for sure i’ll visit again.

Wish that the toilet would be a bit more clean and the staff would contact us at least 1 day before or early morning to inform us on the check in process.

The facilities are amazing, especially the infinity pool. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Avenue K & KLCC. The owner was so friendly, helpful & accommodative. Perfect place to hang out with a group of friends. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Would definitely book here again.

The lift waiting time was a bit long, but it's fine.
