Good location. They have improved on the facilities. The rooms we booked are new ones on a container. Bed was comfortable, toilet facilities are alright. The room was clean

The toilet and room smelled musty and had traces of the smell of cigarette. My suggestion, to install exhaustion fan in the toilet because there was no window in the toilet, thus no proper ventilation which leaves quite an unpleasant smell. Just be aware that the room location is just next to a food area, so you can hear live band till 1am.

Good location, near to Teluk Cempedak beach. Reserved parking for guest making it easy to manage things to be carried to room. Small pool for kids make my daughter enjoy swimming. Spacious room for three of us.

Since I travel with spouse on wheelchair, I need ground floor (as I aware there is no lift). I have already asked in Booking.com during my reservation, but no reply. During check-in, I need to add RM20 for room on ground floor. No refrigerator or iron in the room. Had problem in selecting channel on TV.

I chosed a room with balcony. It's very nice to stay outside to chill with friends/family at night time. Place is tidy and clean. Near to the beach and restaurants. I believe parking spot are tally with rooms. So no need to worry about having a spot. Of course i will rent again in future. It has become one of my favourite now 😄

The windows and sliding door should be a little bit dark because they're facing another guest house and people can see inside. Every time want to change clothes must close the curtains and turn on lamps.

There are no cup and spoon inside the room. The furniture is quite old for example the drawer inside my room is broken

The staff very helpful. Even they cannot find my booking and all room are fully booked. Later they contact me once other guest cancel their booking.

Please dont book this room using booking.com because you may ended to find other hotel to sleep. Please book directly with hotel because they are always fully booked. Booking.com very suck,until now they not reply my chat.

I love the location which is within walking distance to the beach & eateries. The room is comfortable for me & family ( four of us), quite spacious too. It offers basic facilities like iron, kettle, hot shower, tv ( basic channels) & wifi & of course functioning air- cond !

Perhaps they could offer better tv networks like netflix, HBO or Astro.

Good accommodation and location for family to stay nearby Teluk Cempedak.. The best parts.. all rooms just 10 meter walking distance from the car park and 150 meter to the beach. . Im so lucky.. that i got this place.. If i stay at other hotels... the Minimum walking distance will be 150 - 200 meter to ur room. This place is the solution for family to enjoy kuantan city and beach, which after late nite.. having dinner and gathering and if u kids are tired and sleeping in the cars.. this will be the place that u looking for to solve ur issue.. to carry your child to the room easily and safely without interupt their sleeping mode.. ahahhaha.. i believe , u know better what will be happen when u try to wake up ur kid from car when they are so tired and restless. For family with 2 kids.. is just nice to have 1 queen bed & 1 single bed with attached bath room. To the hotel host.. keep it up! To maintain the room cleanliness.. Please appreciate ur workers there.. because they are doing a good job!!

Everything is fair enough with the price.. just do aircond maintenance regularly. During my stays.. the room aircond was slightly not cooled even after adjusted to coolest temperature.

Walking distance to teluk chempedak. To find food is easy. Swimming pool is nice! Owner is helpful. Even allowed my kids to play in swimming pool even though we arrived a bit late around 9pm++. Nice beds! Very comfortable stay.eautiful place.

No iron for clothing ( dont know if we can request one). Got common living room where water filter and fridge provided but not enough cup/mug provided.. fridge is too small too. The kids were finding it difficult to lock the toilet during usage. Maybe because it wasnt aligned well.

The staff are friendly & helpful. There's a resident cat which my 3 year-old enjoyed playing with. We got the room downstairs which is right in front of the pool & the communal pantry, so it was convenient with the kids. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach & a lot of fast food restaurants. There is also a mini zoo nearby (~5 minutes drive) to occupy the kids. Overall, it is a comfortable stay in a cosy place. Recommended!

Our room is right beside the stairs, which means we're exposed every time someone comes down & the door opens. It'd help if there is a curtain to protect our privacy. Also there's limited space for praying in the room. It's not the host's fault, but there are guests (I assume) smoking cigarettes beside the pool when our kids are playing in the pool. So, we had to cut short our session in the pool to avoid the smokers.
