Hotel did some upgrades especially room interior & aircond. Breakfast awesome buffet style. Lots of attractions nearby. Zoo, crocodile park, butterfly park, Waterpark

Cannot park close to the room only can park close to the lobby. I got a room quite far from the lobby but I love the quietness area. If possible, please allow the customer to park their car close to the room

THE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE, THE LIGHT OF THE LAMP AT NIGHT FEELS CALMING, RECEPTIONIST ARE FINE AND ALSO SAVIORS OF MY DAYS WHEN IT HARD TO FIND PLACE FOR STAYCATION DURING RAYA CELEBRATION.

JONKER CAFE SHOULD EXTEND THEIR OPERATION HOURS BECAUSE IT HARD TO FIND FOODS DURING NIGHT.

Very spacious, clean, and cozy room. Very nutritious and variety of local breakfast with warm services and hospitality from the café crew members. The lobby is spacious and equipped with good seating. The staff at the reception are very good in entertaining us.

Nothing we dislike about the hotel. We found that the location, facilities, staff and area are very good. The hotel is good for us for work as well as for vacation. We can only say your hotel is excellent.

Eventhough place quiet scary but peaceful. Room is quiet big and bed is very comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is nice and tasty.

Maybe can add prayer mat for future. And maybe need to check first if quest is already check out or not before knocking the door for room service.

Close to Ayer keroh toll, water park, zoo, Gunung Datuk. Extra bed provided on request with small fee.

Dead cockroach and bugs on stairs landing. Had to remind staff twice to bring things requested, like extra mattress and hair dryer

Comfortable room, lobby. Need to climb stairs, ground and 1st floor fully occupied. Recommend ground floor for handicapped and senior people.

no iron in the room .. so sad because did not bring my own iron this time ... thought there would be one in the room as our stay before

The hotel is quiet and calm. A good place to have overnight rests. Convenient location to access Ayer Keroh and not very far to the main city Melaka.

It is a bit 'oldy' and need spruce up in many areas.

The property i huge. Have swimming pool. Have seminar rooms, have the “lepak” spot. Very nice.

The renovation on 3rd floor. Quite noisy. But at night is peaceful.
