Theme park for children. Food & beverage is awesome.

Sharing during breakfast/lunch/dinner time with Group (GIT). Especially from China group the way of taking food does not follow hygiene and does not use chopsticks/spoon/fork that are prepared correctly. Not following proper eating habits. In future is better to separate different food station and restaurant with fullfare guest (FIT).

I like your fun pool. Easy for parking.

I think for the funpool there is no need to charge the visitors who stay there. It is quite a burden for those who have many children.

Just got to know that they took over Puteri Resort. Everything was OK but I think it require a big renovation.

They only allow 2 persons complimentary to the water park which also include the existing swimming pool of Puteri Resort. If you are more than 2 persons, you will need to pay RM15 per head even you just want to use the swimming pool. For me, its kind of funny. You may need to put the gate at the water park instead of the staircase to both swimming pool and water park. I never checked a hotel that require you to pay for swimming pool access. I understand if require additional fee per head to the water park but for swimming pool, I dont think so.

The hotel offered a pleasant experience overall. The pool was a highlight, with the children thoroughly enjoying their time swimming. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, though there may have been room for a bit more variety or flavor to elevate the start of the day

There was a minor issue with the sink leaking in room 365, which should be addressed. While the hotel’s facilities are somewhat aged, they remain in acceptable condition. Ongoing maintenance would help preserve its charm and ensure a more consistent guest experience.

Location is easy accessed. Best for family with children as they have pool park. Good for short vacay. They have archade games at lobby which one of the attractions there. My sons do not want to go back home 😂

Room was a bit unclean. Got opened mineral water bottle. Mug was not cleaned. Freezer was not clean also. Certainly not for very fussy customer.

1. bad smell when entering 2nd floor 2. not proper cleaning at bathroom 3. no iron/board in room 4. no toothpaste & cotton bud in bathroom

It has all the things needed for a stay.

wish they provide toiletries (teeth brush) at the same room and provide towel at the pool side…

Good place to bring little kids for a swim and it is easily accessible. Good value for money too. Breakfast provided is delicious. The location is good if you want to avoid traffic jam into the city.

There's bathtub in our room but there is no bathtub plug so the bathtub can't be used. Water pressure is just average for the shower. The breakfast spread is delicious but not much choices. The road leading to the entrance to the hotel is quite dark at night. The hotel is also quite old but it is still maintained properly. Other than that,some of the swimming pool floor and wall is broken and the texture is quite rough on the skin but the water is kind of clean though.

Different hotel room this time with new surrounding. New setup and decoration at the cafe. Got new menu for breakfast.

Power point plug a bit unsafe. Need to repair. The bread toaster at the breakfast cafe not really functioning, even twice time try to make a toast, still not hot adequately.
