I like the room space area, long type straight to the balcony facing garden.i like the room air conditioning , i like the beds so comfy, the room not smelly but i think needs some air freshner too to make it better.also i appreciate the tv channels.quite entertaining.most important i love the balcony area.cleanliness 1 to 5 i give 4

I dont really keen with the bathroom amenities, its not enough compared to the price paid, the filler bottle empty, quite dissapointed. Also the tea coffee area .its very very simple and not interesting to look at , at all.its below my expectation for colonial mixed peranakan concept boutique hotel.honestly im very particular bout this. Also i can smell dust because im very sensitive person.im very angry with the swimming pool its not for kids ya

booking for 2 bedroom suites. love that the room was big and spacious, suitable for the price. both bedroom was completed with iron board, tv, and hairdryer. the tv and aircond was working well. no issue at all. there were 2 bathrooms, at the bathroom and the living room. shower and heater worked well. also provided with small fridge. the environment was nice, it giving vintage concept. not very far from the town but not walkable, need to go there with car. if you're looking for some calm and quiet vacation then this is suitable for you to choose. front desk staffs were nice. thank you for your service

no issue with the hotel, but there were many small shops down the hotel. have high expectation that it will be festive down there but only some was open. a lot of shops was closed and seem eery. there was food court called 'selat avenue' down the hotel, not really recommended. too pricey and not tasty at all. its better to search for food at the town.

Outdoor scenary

Air tak mengalir semasa mandi. Dah report kat reception. Maintenance never turn up.

The decoration is nice and very instagrammable, the location is in quiet area with little traffic. Ample parking in basement. The elevators smell nice. Staffs were very helpful and upgraded our room when we complained of the very noisy aircond compressor. They have basic but nice breakfast spread like nasi lemak, noodles, sausages, eggs, fruits, toasts, juice and coffee. The bed may be to hard for some people but I like it just nice.

Furniture and curtains a bit dated and worn. The sofa has stains. Some of the guests were noisy in the hallway and can be heard in the room. Aircond takes a while to cool the room even at 16 degrees.

Even though we had some "hiccups" on the rooms... the staffs was responsive and very helpful in accommodate to our needs. A big THANK YOU to Ms Lawa and assistants for a wonderful stay.

Its more to the (Melaka Gateway) developer side...... the area along and around the hotel is very scenic but if only there were more shops open, it would have made the area more attractive.

The suites were away from the town and very quiet. Suite was well appointed and clean. Everything worked Tea, coffee and kettle provided,😁

Reception staff were not very helpful Towels were not available for the swimming pool despite a sign in the room saying they were available. Buffet breakfast was extra (RM20) and very disappointing although the cafe restaurant was good value

Staff were friendly; We got upgraded to an executive suite eventho we booked 3 different rooms, which was fantastic!; The location is so great for photography and it's quiet & calm which guarantees good night rest. Got to experience living in 1800s Versailles style villa buildings, which you can get just anywhere in Malaysia

Maybe having 2-3 convenience stores and a few more restaurants may draw more of them in.

Comfortable and spacious room hotel. Free covered parking. Had swimming pool but the pool is not large, for kids need supervision.

The room door is too tight. Have to push the door harder only can be close. It's quite disturbing other guests. The lock of bathroom door also damaged. Have to put the trash can to keep them close.

The furniture old school. Especially bed frame.i accidentally got hit my shin on the edge bed frame.so painful the edge wood is sharp. I think u guys can upgrade another concept friendly and safety.

The room super big and clean , bog room , space to move around , i not bale to test the breakfast , maybe my next trip i will try te food inside . aos there is gym and swimming pool as limited time not able to try also
