Good location next to beach and cafes and restaurants.

The tap at the bathroom sink is too short and the water falls on the sink counter top instead of the sink bowl unless one uses a larger volume spray. Hotel should also provide a face/hand towel in addition to the bath tower. Also a sponge and liquid soap for cleaning the cups, bowls, plates and and cutlery.

Propose to have a better garbage disposal system for guests staying on each floor because we are asked by the reception desk to leave bags of garbage just beside the lifts for the workers to collect. The bags of garbage are eye-sore and unhygenic.

The staff are very nice and considerate.They left keys of ours apartment to the guard and this makes us appreciate them for doing this as we're having flight delay from KL and reach to the apartment around 10.10-10.15pm(which the counter has been closed).

Even better if: These are provided especially for those who are going to have more than one night stay: cloth drying rack, dish drying rack, faucet with hose for muslim tenant, Qiblat direction for muslim tenants, broom and dustpan.

I really like the apartment , it is very spacious and very relaxing . The view is also beautiful and very welcoming to see .

The swimming pool is kind of a problem .. they should have put the rules and the signs from the very beginning like putting it at the receptionist lobby or putting it at a link such as the booking hotel but so far the pool is very nice they had gym , yoga and sauna . But next time try to tell the other tourist before they are going to the hotel.

Although the place already seem old but it was very clean and well maintained. The apartment is spacious, the bed feels comfy enough and all the air conditioning and appliances function properly. The location is ideal for us as we prefer a less busy and quiet area.. Also there are a few restaurants and small grocery store nearby. Their facilities such as swimming pool, tennis court and walkways were all clean, well maintained and no eyesores. Well done!

Perhaps an easier access to the nearby restaurants / grocery store (the side gate was locked) and also shower rack might be a good addition to put the shampoo/soap rather than having to put them on the floor. Also, since there were no garbage chute / dedicated garbage collection point in every floor, perhaps a bigger (with lid) garbage should be placed outside (where the washing machine is)or a better solution need to thought of.. to see a pile of rubbish just when we landed on our floor (after going up the elevator) wasn't a good first impression.

Facilities included the pool, secure parking and location next to the beach. We booked the studio apartment which was enough for 2 adults, 1 3yo child and a baby. Check in and check out process was easy and hassle free.

The size of the bathroom is pretty small especially the shower area.

The whole condominium block is for short term lease. There is a reception counter at ground floor. The apartment is big with 3 bedrooms and large living room. It is reasonably new and value for money. The location is next to the beach and with food outlets nearby. It is only 3km from the city center.

For the price we paid for 6 pax, it is fair to say it is value for money.

I like the bedroom is separated from the kitchen and living area, so when you cook something the smell won’t go in the bedroom. They provide washing machine but too bad, nowhere to hang the washed clothes. Perhaps they should consider to put a simple clothes drying rack in the balcony. They also provide basic kitchenettes, microwave, an induction cooker and a stainless steel induction pot.

They don’t provide clothes drying rack but they provide washing machine. What’s the point? Dishes drying rack also not provided, so be creative where to dry the washed dishes. This property also lack of sockets, who’s idea to put socket behind a long curtain? Bring your own extension sockets if you wish to stay here. The bathroom also having a quite unpleasant smell, maybe because it doesn’t have a ventilation fan in it.

No bidet and poor cooking pan. They should really change the pan.
