We had booked the three bedrooms apartment and the living room is spacious. The location is near and easy to find if you have your own transport. Got washing machine, microwave and refrigerator. The unit is clean.

One of the air-cond is leaking in the living room. Another air-cond in the living room will auto switch off every few minutes and you have to switch it on again and again. The shampoos in the bathroom did not label which one is for hair and body. No hair dryer. Hope the hosteler will improve it.

Everything you need is available and very convenient for us. Place is very spacious, there’s washing machine, there’s 3 in 1 coffee available, it’s very quiet so it’s really serene. All Rooms have cabinets and large ones too. We had to extend a bit for checkout and I also left something at the apartment, and your staff Amirul attended to me almost immediately and he is very2 helpful. You are very lucky to have Amirul as your staff!

The apartment is spacious! Equipped with a huge refrigerator, microwave, wet and dry kitchen, cooking hob - comfortable for a long stay!

Air-cond needs servicing. Interior: some walls need a bit of refresh but overall superb! No sleeping light.

Almost everything, this is one of my fav hotels in Miri. Worth my money and time, security guards are kind too. It was so clean, they also provided us basic necessities like brooms, mop and brushes. We really are happy to stay there again on our next vacation 😍

The pillow. Please provide a thicker pillow ya. As far as u know, we travel n need a better place to rest. D facilities perfect, but i dont hv a good night sleep bcoz of d pillow too thin. It seem like im sleeping on d bed without any pillow. Pls provide a better pillow ya..

not far from the city centre. foodpanda and grabfood accessible too only need to walk a few metres to the security post to get the orders.

the kitchen's lamp was out of order and no curtains/blinds installed (looks scary at night). no rubbish bag in the big rubbish bin. internet very limited connectivity.

The apartment is quite new and clean

There is no shower screen so the toilet can be wet where the toilet is. Also, no hooks in all the toilet area to hang towels or clothes

- Something wrong with the TV, kept changing brightness every few seconds. Sometimes dim, then it goes back to normal, repetitively. The remote seems to not work well.

Gated security with 7/24 guards at the main entrance. Prompt response for some fixings during stay.

Only one set of keys was provided. As they were four of us it was really inconvenient. Another set of keys would have helped a great deal.

We stayed overnight as we were flying the next day from Miri. It was 6 of us. We were impressed with the unit as it was perfect and well equipped for our stay. The location was near the airport. Will definitely stay here again when flying out from Miri.

There was no microwave.
