For the price I got, the room was decent - comfortable bed & pillow, clean towels, equipped with hair dryer, hot water shower & an electric kettle. Communal iron & water dispenser provided in corridor. Room is small but sufficient for 2 pax to stay comfortably. Location is great, lots of eateries around, convenience store & a laundry within walking distance. And about 6 mins drive to Miri airport. Had to extend for 1 more night, it was seamless dealing with reception. Parking space provided.

This was our second time at this hotel, and we keep coming back because it's right next to the mall where you can get everything you'd need. Also, the staff at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. I also liked that they have a luggage dolly to take our luggage to the elevator. The facilities seem new and clean.

There was a strong smelling chemical "urinal cake" in the bathroom, and considering our room did not have a window, it stunk up the whole room with a chemical odor.

Space. Easy for kids to run around without knocking into stuffs. Easy to do laundry as they provide washing machine. If you love to shop at Emart, this place is perfect. Foods and drinks will be delivered right to your door if you're using food delivery app. Also, plenty of parking space. Will definitely stay here again

The fridge somehow didn't get cold, only the freezer part was working. We didn't really mind as we only stayed one night and we mostly had foods and drinks delivered.

Worth every penny spent.

They were not able to arrange for me to have rooms on the same floor even though I asked for help a week in advance. Could only check if we could stay on the same floor the day we checked in. So having no luck, my children had to stay on a different floor. Place was very safe so wasn’t that big of a deal

Everything. Worth every penny. The room was very clean. Staff are friendly and informative. Location is good with 3min walk to the mall. Hotel smells so nice with decorations.

Can improve the following items: 1. Please provide doormat for bathroom. The small towel that we put at bathroom door. 2. Provide toilet rolls instead of the thin small tissue paper

Signboards made it easy to find as first timer driving in the area with unhelpful navigation 😂 Parking is free and plenty. Lobby, lifts, hallway smells nice and clean. Room is spacious with nice pillows (no hard ones, fluffy ones, I had good sleep) Water temperature in bathroom and aircond easy to control and works well. Lots of eateries in walkable distance. If need toileteries or snacks can buy from emart located to the side of the hotel.

I like it cause it just near emart mall and restaurant everything around that area..also the hotel no comment..veryyyy high recommend hotel and affordable..

Actually overall very good..but everytime i want to bath..the pressure of water suddenly low n suddenly high..

Location wise, very nice. A lot of food choices within walking distance, and by car to city centre takes only 10 minutes. Very near to the airport.

There is only 1 ironing station per floor. A hassle to bring my clothes from opposite end, as I am travelling for work and needs to iron every day.

Convenient location. 10min drive from Airport. Many food options in close proximity to hotel within walking distance. Hot and cold water dispenser along common corridor of each level. 12noon check out time.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. We were on the sixth floor and the elevator was good and prompt. The wifi worked well and there was hot water in the shower. They also let us use a luggage cart for our bags. Plus, the mall is right near by.

The bathroom was all wet when we walked in and the room had no window. We didn't wake up until 10am because of the lack of light!
