Location worked for us. We walked to mall, ferry and train terminal. An inexpensive taxi ride from train(15 MYR) to hotel and from hotel to Penang Bird Park(40 MYR round trip). And to Ferry terminal(15 MYR) to spend a day in George Town.

Wasn’t anything, but my partner felt sorry for the lone fish in the aquarium.

Size of room was bigger than expected, and for the price paid. Nevertheless, simple enough arrangement. Clean, and organised. Bathroom is length-wise longer than the usual square-type. Conveniently located to a daily mart, laundry services. 1 km away from Penang Sentral, KTM.

No points to dock for bad experience. Maybe, asking for turn-down service everyday is a little too much.

Better than expected. Only drawback was no phone in the room (not a big deal however) a couple of families checked in late and left their doors open from 1am to 5am talking loudly and shouting in the corridors. There was no night security check either. I complained in the morning and reception dealt with family immediately. Nice comfortable hotel spoiled by some bad guests. Location is quiet and there is a good restaurant and shops 5min walk. Street food in fish market stalls also 5 mins. (They serve alcohol here also) Butterworth ferry terminal 10min walk or few minutes on bus. Took grab to Penang airport from here in about 30mins at 7am to avoid crazy Penang traffic. Otherwise nothing much in this area.

5min drive from/to butterworth train stn. City bus from penang sentral is running opposite the hotel. AC, shower/water heater were well funtioned Pillow & mattress were comfortable

I needed to book it, because night bus to kota bharu was full. Accommodation was ok, friendly staff and free water. AC was spreading black stuff to sheets, I guess it was not cleaned for long time. Everything worked well.

Superb clean, can’t even find tiny dust. Bed was comfort.

Need to improve on tv, most of the channels not working and the sound from tv was terrible.. try to add sports or movies

The place is convenient and safe, parking lot is available and safe to park at night, it is a lively place, there is a gym room opposite of the hotel, a bit noisy as the gym on the music very loud but it is still acceptable. there is a mini mart opposite the hotel selling plenty of stuff, if you are looking for foods, you can walk a little to the right hand side of the traffic light then you can found a market selling many types of foods.

Clean.. comfortable.. easy access.. safety.. friendly staff.. sure will coming again 😍

Towel got stain.. but i prefer use my own towel.

I liked the room even if it was small. It was clean and new. The location also is okay, close by restaurant, gyms and supermarket.

could have alert on parking issues and also please send the home password earlier before we arrived.
