❌ The soundproof of the room can be improve. You can hear your neighbours shut the door, talking and laughing along the hallway and within your room. ❌ The toilet flights/ramp are so stiff even for wheelchairs. Not so suitable for old folks or someone that has knee problems. (can refer photo attached)

The bed is comfortable, water heater is hot enough, room is clean. Eateries are just outside the hotel. Was visiting a relative staying in the hospital in walking distance, so it's convenient for my trip in terms of location.

The sound proof is not good enough. Can hear sounds from next door room, and door closing sounds from adjacent rooms.

Noise from room next door tv was very loud, in the end we knocked on the door to ask them to turn volume down! I think the noise issue is due to the hotels construction so not really able to be resolved. No bathmat or dressing mirror. There is a kettle but no mugs and no bottled water. We had a room with no window which it didn't say on the booking we made. We did feed all this back on our departure as its a very new hotel so teething problems are to be expected.

The place seems new. Everything felt comfortable. I was travelling alone and for a female solo traveller, this place makes me feel safe.

If i have to nitpick a bit, i would suggest a few things. 1) Suggest to add a small stool inside each room, coz the place to hang our clothes was a bit tall than average Malaysian people height. I can reach it but i'm sure my shorter friend wont be able to. 2) I cannot adjust the temperature of water heater inside my room. It was too hot so end up not using the water heater.

the location is fantastic with easy access to everywhere around butterworth. plenty of free parking on site with security. love the room layout, spacious and simple but nice and comfy. also all the friendly staff that working here and my best experience was with a front office staff by the name of Azwan who goes beyond to assist me and other traveller (i witnessed) with ease and high level of professionalism. I'm happy to return back and definitely highly recommended place.

Value for money and great for family. A little bit outskirt of town but easy access to near by restaurant, stall ect. My room for 6 pax yet still great for a big family. Layout looks weird from the picture but trust me, it is convenient. The staff helpful and very easy to deal with.

The room is spacious with 2 beds. Room rates are very cheap and it got everything you need. Got electric iron at each level. Easy access to the highway. Will come again next time.

Parking space is not enough, but they have a security guard during the night.

I am IN LOVE with the style and simplicity! It has a unique design and really soothing contrast. Great taste.

I wish there was a breakfast cafe or place to enjoy in the morning. Other than that, it would be very convenient to have a washing machine and prepared dustbin. It's also very uncomfortable to wash oily dishes since there aren't any liquid dishes and sponges.

Clean, spacious and I did not expect to have microwave in the room, very useful. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The only downside is, need to queue up to use the iron because only 1 iron is provided for the entire floor. Ironing board also need to be replaced.
