The location, with many eating outlets. The staff members are approachable, esp mr Mcmagen who made an effort to lend us 2 umbrellas, and mr Li Hong who help me solve my wifi problems.

The pillow cases are old and had some smell. They should have been changed regularly. The plastic kettle had a strong plastic smell and the towels are grey and need ro be replaced.

It is a simple hotel but it met my requirements. The room was very spacious giving us so much of space to get dressed for a function. We had water heater problem but it was immediately attended to. The staff were also very hospitable and helpful. There were ample free parking available. There are lots of eateries in the vicinity.

I think the management should consider changing all the towels and sheets to new ones. They look rather old and may not give a good impression of the hotel.

I like the payment method. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is very good. Easy to get all my fav food. Food is also available till night. Staffs handled my check in and check out very fast.

Parking space is very narrow.

The receptionist is friendly and fulfills my request when I request a window room. The room is clean, the toilet is clean. With parking and happening neighborhoods. Easy process and speed of check-in and check-out. The TV channel is beyond my expectations! NICE! although not super clear but happy with it.

Parking is ok but too narrow when turning up or down, gotta be extremely careful. The bed is clean but very noisy, with an annoying sound when you just slightly turn around.

Really near to restaurant and convenient store. The area is very happening and it is a good choice if you don't want to travel far for food when you are lazy.

Not happy with one of the night shift staff attitude . I booked my stay through booking.com( genius level 3) and I travel a lot extensively. This is the first hotel that don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste . but it's stated FREE TOILETRIES provided when I booked the room. I requested from the night shift(male ) reception for just a tiny toothpaste but being ask to pay for it. Normally I like to bring my own toothpaste unfortunately I forgot to bring it on that particular day. Please look into this matter.

The location is great. Various eateries around. You wouldn't go hungry or thirsty.
