Booked at 8pm & arrived at 12am+ , due to PLUS traffic jammed from Menora Tunnel to Plaza Tol Juru • Convenient & strategic location, easy to access from highway • Bookmark hotel for future visit

Comment for improvement • Toilet arrangement , the design for the shower area should be away from the toilet door (avoid wet-slippery) , • the correct should be from toilet door, basin + wc + shower • another option to put a rubber anti slip mat in the shower area to avoid any possible risk of guest fall inside bathroom

- Comfortable bed - Air conditioner works perfectly - High pressure water / hot water - The tv channel - Cooler also provided which i didn't expect any. - Providing high quality towel

-Just provide two pillow and i wish they can provide more for double bed room. -No window

Nice room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and water pressure is good.

The room cannot be locked! One of the pass cards was inserted and the aircond is on when we enter the room. The pass card did not function at all - no safety when we are out of the room.

the family room is really have more space. Convenience for us to dress up for relative function with having two small kids. less noisy. walking distance to shopping mall and Buddhism temple and Indian temple.

Small refrigerator available in each rooms and not functioning well. Our bed in slightly dirty on comforter. Managed to catch few cockroach :) the smell of the room not much convenient. Washroom ventilation is not good.

The location was very good and staff is very friendly. Parking are not to bad, able to find easily. The most i like about this Hotel the location that near to all the Makan place

The shower tab was a bit difficult to close. water keeps running, it's a waste of water. Might the Management can look into it? Other than that, very comfortable room and bed!! was great

- Airconditioning and mini fridge not cool - toilet is good but i fully recommended if management could fix the toilet wall fully covered up to the ceilings

Easy excess, walking distance to the mall.and other amenities. Downstairs there is Richiamo Coffee cafe.
