I have been a regular guest at Park Avenue whenever I visit Sungai Petani. Due to the pandemic, I hadn’t returned until last week, marking my first stay post-COVID. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Park Avenue has made several upgrades to its rooms and services. The rooms have been refurbished, and the improved lighting creates a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere. The entire hotel, from the lobby and restaurant to the rooms, was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. My family and I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the staff’s attentive service, friendly attitude, and evident passion for their work. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Park Avenue. It’s more than just a hotel—the staff genuinely remember their guests and provide exceptional service. I’d especially like to commend Mr. Shamie, who has great leaderships to lead the staff, went above and beyond in delivering outstanding customer service. We felt truly welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay.

I stayed over the weekend of 3.5.25 with my grandkids and had a good experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-handled. The front desk staff were warm and accommodating, thoughtfully assigning us two adjacent rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully furnished, with cozy beds and a lovely view of the city. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough each day, and we especially appreciated the well-maintained pool, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. This hotel is a great choice for travelers seeking a relaxing and hassle-free stay near the PLUS Highway. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future

The receptionist greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was smooth, taking less than 15 minutes. We originally booked a Superior Room, but were pleasantly surprised when they automatically upgraded us to an Executive Room on the highest floor (13th floor). The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Special thanks to the front officer, Ms. Melissa — she greeted us with a perfect smile and her warm presence made us feel very welcome.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, good room service, room is so clean and the bed so comfortable. Foods for room service was so delicious especially the cake and mix platter. Affordable, easy parking, easy check-in and check-out. The bathroom was so great with the bathtub. The swimming pool is good. The view is beautiful. The lighting in room is so fine. The A/C working great, feels cool, everything is so perfect for us👍

Just a menu which is the meatball in mix platter for room service need to improve more. Its kinda hard to chew and no taste. The taste of the other food in mix platter are delicious and perfect. Just need to improve more on meatballs😊👌

I had a pleasant experience after booking through Booking.com and checking in on February 7, 2025. The front desk staff was efficient, and there was ample parking available. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, and my room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. All facilities were fully functional. The restaurant staff was courteous and even provided complimentary fruit plates as a thoughtful apology for a slight delay in fulfilling our order. Check-out was smooth and hassle-free.

Area for improvement: The bidet could be better.

Staff were friendly and exceptional and polite. Room cleanliness and cleaning staff were on point. Restaurant was amazing.

Had to request hand towel on Thursday morning as there were none. And on Thursday there were no hand towels. So on Friday we had to ask the cleaning lady who promptly presented them to us. Maybe cos the reception downstairs forgot to notify her. She also gave us extra water and was very sweet and kind.

Spotless clean Some people reviewed as old furniture, but i find them giving a cosy vibe to the rooms, its not broken or anything. Old but gold, well maintained varnished antique looking furniture tht can last forever. Superb! Loved the food , customer service, huge rooms, ample parking space.

Awesome place. I recommend those who are staying in Sungai Petani or in short transit needing a rest. The staffs at the reception were super friendly. I got breakfast buffet separately from the booking price. Food were good and varies from local to western style. P/S go easy on Sambal and anchovies - they are quite salty.

I think the ventilation system a bit less maintained. It's chilly enough but I think maybe some dust needed to be removed from the filters

This is the best hotel I would recommend, and the best hotel I would loved to go every time I touch down to Kedah .The room was so spacious, friendly staff , and one of the Malay man receptionist gave us an upgraded room which was the Avenue suite 1 room 801 which mostly like is a VIP room as we were regular customers thank you so much, really appreciated.

The toilet was so so slippery and I almost had a fall please do something about it .
