Design of hotel & room, clean & tidy, big extra large king size bed. when we put the sign ‘make up my room’ we didnt expect they would clean and change the bedsheets too. Outstanding!. Love the vending machine. Love how easy to check in & check out. Friendly staff, who did ask us to provide rating online, yet not hard selling it.

Price paid and the room provided was great, exactly as what the photos shown. Room & toilet was clean. Water pressure was great as well. Even though we paid a very small amount, things like electric kettle, hairdryer and 3 in 1 coffees were provided.

Room was not that quiet as we can hear people chatting from a different room. No lift so for old people with knee problem, its quite hard to climb the stairs. In addition, maybe the hotel can put a mirror in the room instead of just in the toilet.

Available for early check in. Great location. Near to halal eateries. Close to Amanjaya mall. Quiet neighbourhood even facing main road. Reasonable and worth the price. Ample parking slots available. Coway machine and iron provided in the hallway.

Cleanliness of the toilet can be improved. Such an eye sore looking at the yellowish stain in the toilet. Can be confusing to find where is the room located at the first place.

them staffs very friendly and helpful. the place even provided coway at every corner possible. plus a vending machine. so no worries about basic necessities.

the location is a little bit secluded from the town. but there were still a few siam eateries around. so it didn’t feel very far from people.

1) I wrongly booked urban inn stay in alor setar. luckily the hotel manager was really considerate of a full refund (supposedly can’t) and we managed to book the SP sg petani branch. 2) a convenient shop just next door.

1) requested the staff to clean the bathroom 3x for the whole month of stay, but they didn’t do it even once. disappointed. 2) renovation is going on next door.

Ample parking, quite locality, restaurants nearby, polite staff, the room was clean, availability of water dispenser

The air conditioning was too cold, worn bath towels and the bathroom could be cleaner

Its considered new. Water pressure 👍🏼. Clean room. Water purifier is everywhere. Convenience store is just next door.

Location is a bit remote from city entre. There are eateries but with limited choice. Extra or better quality pillow is much appreciated. Construction is still going on in nearby lot. Hotter during sunset and a bit noisy since my room is facing the main road.

Urban Inn is just a 5 mins drive from Cinta Sayang area, that’s a plus and the hotel looks normal outside but is very impressive inside with friendly staffs and amenities such as air filter cleaning the inside air of the common areas and well positioned water filter for easy access to drinking water. The room is clean and has an impressive huge Android smart tv and outside they even have an ironing room area for you to prep yourself before heading for dinner/meetings. I will return that’s for sure, a gem of value hidden in SP.
